Fair play to Sheffield Wednesday and Birmingham 👏
Everton, Villa and Newcastle pretty much dominated in the pre TV era before the 1970's.
This is why Everton need that new stadium!
Yes definitely! Everton have got some great stats - most seasons in the top flight overall and until the 23/24 season were the highest top flight scorers!
Leeds United creeping in despite everyone else getting a 30 year start on them is impressive.
Definitely, the fact that they get consistently good attendances whatever league they're in helps them a lot!
Chelsea weren’t founded u til 1905, so most of these clubs got a +15 years on us as well…
Makes me chuckle because we’re a “small club” yet finished top 6 for all time points and top 8 for all time attendances despite forming later than most!
Everton a huge historic club
Sunderland doing so well, especially since the 60s the clubs flirts with top flight and in recent years falls in to the third tier.
Sunderland always amaze me, both their historical record and the loyalty of their support. A club with so much potential!
Birmingham city sleeping giant. imagine if they were a top premier league team.
BuT lItTle cItY hAvE nO fAnS...
City have always had a huge fanbase regardless of how successful they were on the pitch!
@@registatsTrue... 👍
Less than Everton humble yourself 😭 Fraudiola had to beg the "fans" to come to the stadium
@@Spidersox1989 have Everton got a 150,000 waiting list for season tickets?.... City have!
@@englanduk6131 Have Everton broken 115 rules? City have!
United took off under Fergie. Always helps when you have the biggest club stadium and can fill it even for midweek matches
Top under achievers: Everton and Birmingham City.
Were the 4th highest attended club in early 70's
So Chelsea, the “small club” despite being founded in 1905 23 years after Spurs, 19 years after Arsenal etc etc finished 9th for all time attendance (believe 6th for all time average attendance) and 6th for all times points accumulated.
Ahh the jibes amuse me.
Fair play to West Brom. One of the founding members. Boing boing. C.o.y.b. With villa on one side and the wolves on the other? Sounds a bit like a Clint Eastwood speggetti western? lol 😂.
The top 100 would be interesting.
Agreed - might be difficult to fit them all on the screen though!
very interesting.
Imagine if we won trophies
Imagine if you had two teams like every other city - or Liverpool Manchester Sheffield Birmingham had just one team
@@saraprva4172 imagine if we had the population of those cities
@@saraprva4172 We did.
The two teams merged very early on. Unlike some cities, we're called "United" for a reason. 😂
@geordiehowayman1677 I remember Newcastle having great team when I was young, maybe late 90's, one of my brothers is Dinamo fan (we are all Hajduk) he was be able to go to Zagreb for Dinamo v Newcastle, he was most exited to see Asprilla(?) I think who scored as Vinko never stop talks about it! Newcastle was strong back then I think, I Our league is poor now so don't often go, so watch EPL on tv - Good luck for Newcastle this year but such strong teams in that league 🙋♀️⚪️🔵🔴🇭🇷⚽️🏴⚫️⚪️
@@saraprva4172 Tino is a legend still ,crazy man he is 😂, if only we could spend more money but the Red Cartel who run the Premier league are stopping us . I know football fans in your part of the world are also fanatical, good luck for you this coming season ◼️◽️◼️◽️◼️◽️
shame fur us evertonians...we didnt have a bigger stadium, but we are along arsenal still the best clubs in England.
