Can 3D printed lures be taken seriously?

    Thank you I’ve been a machinist designer for over 40 years i recently got into large mouth bass fishing over the past couple of years I just bought a 3D printer and I’m going to jump into designing lures thank you for the inspiration hope to talk soon

      Sure. I posted on thingverse now but it will take 24hr to be available to the public... Search for "jerkbait for Amazon peacock bass"... Good luck

    Hello again, I finally got it printed. What did you put in the middle? Just ball bearings?

      Correct. Any ball bearing or bb will work. The goal is to help with casting (as they will move to the tail upon casting) and keeping the lure down in the water as you work it... so will need to find the right balance/weight based on the materials u r using... On the thingverse site I put my own preferred recipe and materials but u don't need to follow that and can create your own. Good luck
