I disagree. I don't think it's a matter of aging. I think beauty standards have changed since Shinhwa's debut. Back then male idols had much more hard facial features than nowadays. I think Eric's handsome anyways. But he's personality certainly has a lot to do with his charms.

im pretty sure the name "shinhwa" was sold to good entertainment when they moved there in 2003... and they officially obtained it for themselves (shinhwa company, the company that the members themselves own) last year... so no, they dont have to pay sm for using anything anymore. (they never had to since 2003)
SM didn't sell it to Good Entertainment. Even though Shinhwa wanted to buy the name, SM sold it to Open World, a really shi*ty company that caused Shinhwa so much trouble. Shinhwa still has to pay for singing songs from albums that were released under SM since copyright to the name doesn't include copyright to the songs...
