Thank you for saying (this bracket is NOT meant to be structural protection for the bumper). In just about every other video review for this product, everyone seems to forget this is a (lightbar), not a Bull Bar!
@@4DIYers replacing the existing bumper....I live in a city where people like to "tap" bumpers when parallel parking and it drives me crazy, so at this point I can either pay a couple hundred every 2 years for a new bumper, or replace it with a steel one once and for all
For the fact that the review is based on the license plate light mount and not specifically the lights. They're two separate items that can be purchased from Auxbeam.
Have the same bar on my car! 😮 added to spot lights on the bar and no issues!

No problem and thank you for the feedback! Yep, it's purely an aesthetics piece.
@@4DIYers For light nudges with lets say another bumper at low speed, will it protect your vehicle?
I'm talking literally 1 mph
Not so much a thing in England but interesting and as you say looks good ! regards Andrew
Thank you! Yeah we have pretty dark areas commuting through the country and lots of wildlife.
Nice tutorial, thanks for making it...any chance you could do something similar for installing a replacement aftermarket steel/aluminum bumper?
Thank you! Do you mean installing this on an aftermarket bumper or replacing the existing bumper on this truck?

Can I use this lights setup as fog light for everyday city night driving?
You can, but there maybe some issues for fellow motorists. These are super bright, much more light output than the factory high beams.
Cost a link of light bar
Don't they wobble on rough roads ?
Not enough to notice.
still using this? hows it hold up
Yep it’s still in the truck and it’s holding up great. Bumper is due for a replacement though, Toyota rust issues.
Looks very flimsy
It's not, it's actually really well made.
