I love the simplicity of this home, its not flashy or over the top, and in my opinion its a blank canvas and one can do quite alot with all the spaces available. But my one & only disappointment is in the master washroom, where is the tab? with all the spaces that the developer created for entertainment, surely, he could have made the master washroom a bit bigger and squeezed in a free standing deep soaking tub for the Madame especially considering the price point? Barring that, i personally love this home...

The lower levels don’t seem like they’d have a lot of use unless you’re entertaining guests on a daily. Not a lounge not a room just large spaces. Even on the ground floor. Large space with a sink/kitchenette. But you’ve done a great job trying to help us make sense of it 😅.
The height from floor to floor in every room makes it feel like a cat restrained in a small carton box 📦..... for that price that height should have offerer huge space for more light and ventilation like in a castle

Location is great, presentation magnificent but architecture is the problem. For that price there should have included luxury rooms and display of opulence. For example b1 should have included a movie studio, fancy wine cellar and be a little bit creative on the facade even if its the back of the residence. They could have included, green space kidogo primary bedroom balcony just spice it up. Ukiingia unaona tu this is the back of the house.
