They did last year. I brought a backpack that is way bigger than A4. Have they actually said that or is it a rumour?

It’s crazy how much Download is different to other festivals! I got to Bloodstock every year and the campsite is literally 5 mins from the arena, you can go back and forth all day it’s dead chilled. Love it, would definitely recommend it to anybody that likes proper heavy metal.
Kelly VonKrypt You’re 100% right, there’s no fakery, just ace people having fun in a field. Me and my friends always say that we’d go even if there wasn’t any bands 😂 On countdown for this year, have a fantastic time! I’m sure you will 😊

can you do a festival experience video? like what to expect? like hygiene tips, food and drink advice? what you’re allowed to bring in in the campsite and what you’re not? do they search your stuff? etc...

Helen & Jose, be careful if it's sunny, I took my fave Mitchum on holiday and it reacted with my suncream, my underarms were bright orange and my white shirts all got stained! xx

I went to Download and Bloodstock for three years in a row and then last year and this year I’m missing out because of my anxiety. Seeing you have everything organised reminds me of how happy I was preparing for festivals and is also making me feel so sad I’m not going. I so wanted to see Guns n Roses and Greta Van fleet.. Sigh. Can not wait for it! DOWNLOAD BABY!!! I think this is my 6th or 7th time going. What do you think about bag-gate and not being able to take a bag bigger than an a4 sheet of paper? I don't know what to do with all my shit as an arena only! Defo looking out for that hat!

Louise Cole yeah I had the same issue at Slamdunk. I need to be prepared for the weather and each day but I can't with a bumbag. I don't want to layer up if it's scorching ha!

This video got me so excited for festival season! I'm going to Best Kept Secret next week (in The Netherlands) and was just making a mental list of everything I wanna bring. In addition to your video: ear plugs!! So important to protect your ears.
I go to Download every year if I can but It’s my first time camping at Download for the 5 days 😅
Download have brought in rules about the size of bags you can bring into the arena this year!
Im so upset, I booked two download tickets for myself and my boyfriend for his birthday for it to be our time away together as a couple. And my babies dad refused last minute to have them for the duration of download festival. Because he said he couldn't be bothered. So now I'm trying to get the tickets refunded and it's completely ruined my boyfriend's birthday and my gift. Absolute shit man xxx I really badly wanted to go to see in this moment as I've never been to a festival or concert before in my life. So gutted about it xxx

I’m so excited. It’s my second time going and my best friends first time at the festival. Plus brought my dad a ticket for the Saturday to see guns n roses. As he’s never has the chance to see them. Might see you around somewhere 🤗🤗🤗

Wonder if they will let you use that bag, at slamdunk you weren't allowed bags bigger than a4 and nothing that could be worn as a backpack . I had to go get a diddy cross body handbag from primark rhe day before haha x

Probs not typically your thing, but you should make sure you see Marilyn Manson! I flew to the Netherlands to see him earlier this week and I so wish I was going to Download as well now!!

You won’t be able to take that bag into the arena, there is a restriction on bags now, A4 size or smaller

I would LOVE to come and meet you! I'm going with my boyfriend and it'll be our first Download - we only went for a day last year. I have a late-ish Uni exam on the Friday so I'm gonna miss most of the acts I want to see, cryyyyy.
Other essentials include zip ties, duct tape and ropes! (especially if you bought a shitty tent or gazebo, that shit is GOING to fall down and you need to be able to stick it back up)
Also you can never have too many baby wipes, hair ties or basics (leggings, t shirts, jumpers)
Are you going to vlog any of Download? I'm so gutted I'm not going
