The topic of the session was called "from zero to hero". It is however good to understand that there is some prerequisite knowledge needed. In this case it expects you to understand how the container runtime works (e.g. crio, containerd, docker) , how a container is actually a collection of linux namespaces (including a network namespace) and a separated process tree. Knowing about these topics will greatly increase the understandability of this session.
