I just love how you strip gardening down to the basics: what matters and what just isn’t worth the bother. Thanks for sharing your knowledge, experience-and straightforward attitude.
Gardening is easy. What makes it complicated is all the biased and money driven information you find everywhere. If gardening was hard, there wouldn't be any plants alive around us.
Makes sense. I listened to someone's story who was suffering from headaches and eczema for 20 years. No pharmaceutical medication or treatment could help him. A dietician then told him to eat true organic food. He then went on a journey to find true organic food and not long after his headaches and eczema were cured..this took him on a journey because he couldn't understand why just eating proper food helped him after all the years of suffering. He then enrolled in university and went on a long journey studying and investigating the agricultural industry and the food industry. Long story short. His conclusion was that the microorganisms are the ones that actually feed the plants everything that they need. It's not the compost or fertilizers. The compost and fertilizers is only for the microorganisms to eat. What they excrete is what feeds the plants its nutrients. It's like the microbiology serves the plant. Roots basically live in sand underneath the ground and if they were to grow In potting soil made from organic matter. They would not thrive and grow big. So the saplings would grow in pots in potting soil but the roots will grow in a way to look for a way out of that organic matter that makes the root rot and look for a place where the roots can breath and be cool and get water and be served by microbiology. So the issue with the food is that on large scale farms the pesticides basically kill off all the microbiology and the food we are eating are growing in sand that's void of this beneficial microorganisms which serves the plant to give it its nutrients. So our cells in our body can recognize in what conditions the plant was grown in and our cell walls in our body basically stays shut when they recognize that the plant we are eating doesn't have any of the nutrients we need. That's why so many of us are lacking certain beneficial elements like magnesium. Because the plant don't get what it needs. So the plant seed which are genetically modified is modified in a way to withstand that chemical pesticides. So when the plant grows. It was already injected with something to withstand dangerous chemicals but the pests and microbiology all die..so I you are one of few that is actually basically saying the same thing about the microbiology in the pots. Thanks for this information.
I'm certain they put stuff in our food supply to keep us dumb. Reason why many people see improvements of all kinds when they start to eat what they grow.

We have about 30 chickens and 10 genie hens. I plan on composting all of it with all these fall leaves,goat and bat poo.

hi Alan, what about soaking the poop solution for a day or two? Would that create a better liquid fertilizer? Would it be too strong to dump it directly undiluted?

I did that with raw chicken poip an it kull the plants it was so hot rhe heat julk them all
