When I was younger here in my town, they used to do snow sculptures. Then they would paint them with paint. It was kinda neat nowadays. It's ice sculptures with lights behind them back when I was young. It was just like what your kids just did. It would make sculptures with the snow, and then they would color it with paint. It's kinda cool

I've noticed that Theo's speech isn't as clear lately. Is he still going to therapy sessions? I was wondering if the therapists were suggesting Theo attend a pre-school program to help with his speech and to be around and interact with other children his age. He's a very bright little boy but I think just being around his nonverbal 9 year old brother, and 3 year old sister he's regressing and talking and acting like a much younger child.
Regressing?!?! I beg to differ! What makes you think he's only around Leon and Odessa? They (John and Jody) both have siblings with children and see and play with them. So Leon, Theo, and Odessa are around other children. Just because they don't film the whole of their day doesn't mean it don't happen. You are only seeing a small blip of their day, so you really shouldn't assume. Assuming isn't good, and if you really want to know, just ask and leave the assuming part out. Many, many children are home schooled and are well rounded, and in most states, you don't need to attend the public schools to receive services. In our district, you bring in your student on whatever day and time your child is scheduled, and they receive services without being enrolled at no cost. Choosing homeschooling should not be frowned upon. It's a parents right to decide if homeschooling is better for their children or the public system. Jody has said a few times that they are not too happy with West Virginia's school system. So, unless you are some sort of expert, please just watch. John and Jody are figuring their life out, doing pretty good at it, and don't need you to assume and do it for them. They are adults, and are perfectly capable. Thanks!
THIS !!!!! So many people don't realize we don't film everything. My kids are around other kids ALL the time. They have homeschool group, tons of cousins, neighbors, and joint therapy on occasions. People can forever think I'm a terrible parent depriving my children because I'm NEVER posting other people's children online without their permission. We actually have foster children in our family that we CAN'T legally post anywhere.......If we didn't film it then it didn't happen right 🤣
