In the olden days, on Fridays, I would rush home from work, pour myself a drink, light a candle, turn off the lights and sink into the X-Files. It was the perfect way to end the work week. And then they moved the X-Files to Sunday. Thanks a lot. Now it’s Friday evening. I flip on RUclips and there’s Chevyrell! So I make myself a drink. I curl up on the couch. I light the fire and I enjoy an episode from the stuff room. It’s a great way to end the week. I haven’t watched your show yet. I’m still making that drink and lighting the fire but I’m about to enjoy 40 minutes and 37 seconds of a good time. Thanks.
Cole looks so impressed. I love it. 💜 And I hope your lovely neighbour is okay. Amazing job on your finished pieces; congratulations on your perseverance. I must admit, if an item has to experience a bleed, it looked really good, almost intentional. At least on my screen… 😬
Love your hair, and yes, it’s been a devil of a week. I checked them out and haven’t been seeing them everywhere; in fact, I don’t think I’ve seen them since then. It’s probably beanie hat.😊
LOVE the schlanket!! I think its perfect. I totally get not crocheting anything small because it hurts...heck, any crochet now hurts for me. 😢 Luckily I'm fine with knitting, I don't know what I'd do without my knitting!!
Thanks for this video! I had an idea for the peekaboo Hexi cardi - Done in summer cotton and it would make a great coverup for the beach. Cute! That stingray is so adorable!
RE: Daylight Savings Time, I think it's harder now because we "fall back" too late in the year. When we were kids (I think I'm a few years older than you), we fell back in September, closer to the equinox. Now it happens in November. I think that makes a huge difference because we don't fall back until after the days start getting shorter, so it's like the loss of daylight in winter is magnified by the end of DST. Just my hypothesis... Love your podcast!!
Wow, still weird to see color bleed even if it was overnight. Seeing the Yarmalada finished, it was worth it. Size and not cinched is fine to me. Interesting sock heel. Still love the royal quilting square, the stitch is just so pretty. I don't know why guys wear hats "fisherman's style", but they do. Holy, now those are some big bumps of wool. You can probably narrow it down by staple length and of course, doing the sample like you want. My brain went to Wensleydale & Coopworth lol. Have yourself a good T-day too.
From my POV I saw no sucky FOs. Both the vest and the technicolor dreamcoat are beautiful. True story: if we ever manage to finish a perfect project, the universe will cease to exist. Don’t tell me I’m wrong. That thought keeps me knitting because perfection isn’t in my wheelhouse.
I was so happy to see you had an episode up. Congratulations on finishing those two pieces and definitely treat yourself to smaller projects. The colors you chose for the hexi cardigan are gorgeous 🤩 Happy Thanksgiving!
Yay the big finishes!😊 I wonder if th PW was for Polworth wool. Purl Together has a great pattern for felted cloggs, might be fun. Actually she has tutorials, not sure if it's her pattern. How much fun, picking a monster face with Cole❤
Hi, Chevy! 😘😘😘 I would kick Dan in the shin if he said that to me. 😂😂 I bought the pattern book because I am a very experienced crocheter. I also think they are very pricey.
They are, but part of the reason for that is they are pre started. That can’t be done by a machine. Machines can’t crochet. So when you consider the labor involved-it makes sense.
I just did the Peanuts Woobles -…the pattern is at the top of the page when you get to the videos. If you look at the photo of the wooble at the very top, there’s a link that says download pattern.
What a wonderful Friday night treat. Thanks for the lovely visit. Your two finished pieces are beautiful. Sending good juju to your neighbor.
I CAN’T TELL YOU ENOUGH HOW MUCH I ALWAYS ENJOY YOUR PODCAST: U R PURE JOY😍
I feel you on both the weird guilt/pressure of having a stash and buying more yarn, as well as the emotional support yarn stash!😊

Thank you!!!
What about making pencil roving w/diz. Then knit a Miles Shirt Jacket by Ozetta. I always have so much fun watching your videos. Take care.
Thanks for the suggestion! Worried that i would spin it to thin if i used a diz🤔
Arizona and Hawaii do not observe daylight savings time.
Indiana didn’t just a few years ago either! I grew up changing clocks in Ohio. You should’ve heard the hoosiers bellyache when we started to change😝
Gorgeous women with gorgeous hair and beautiful blue eyes!!!
Ur making me blush 🙈 thank you 😊
@@chevyrell you’re welcome. Gorgeous. Hello from Winnipeg
