18:10 As a Buckeye, I can confirm that the state beef between Ohio and Michigan has stemmed from both the "Toledo War" (more of a bar fight over territory), and the OSU/UM college football rivalry. Mostly college football because of the "Ten Year War" between the coaches, in a "Teacher vs. Student" sort of way. In addition, a major part of the frustration was that UM's coach would recruit people in Ohio to play for Michigan. If you want to learn more about it, there are books and documentaries that go into more detail about the rivalry.
