They changed the symbol to a pill because Red Cross owns the cross logo and goes after people for using it
It wouldn’t surprise me. Sad they can get copyrights for that.

True the controls are bad when you shoot and have cheat to but the old version of this game was better because the control
JJMRA 77777 yeah it’s very hard to shoot. The graphics and sound are awesome though. It might be that I am just Accustomed to the old game.

The GBA version was better
I never played that version but it has to be better than the touch screen versions. The controls are horrible for touch screen. This just isn't made for that.
