  • Ali lost the use of his legs after suffering a spinal cord injury in a car accident, yet he still climbs out of his wheelchair to get behind the wheel of a taxi in Sanaa, the capital of Yemen. The cabbie battles gas shortages and dangerous traffic to try and make a living, adding to the 290,000 km already on the clock of his Toyota Echo. All this in a city wracked by the Yemen war and facing what the UN has called the world's worst humanitarian crisis.
