Ha ! Thanks !
I almost didn't release this one cause I felt I was a little bit all over the place. Recording in English for 1h30 in one go with just a few bullet points was not easy lol😅 I'm happy you enjoyed !
@@bluechipprospect Nah. Gives the feel of just chilling and reviewing each team. I like it.... though I'd like it more if you spoke more highly of my Ducks ;P. Please let next year be the end of the rebuild.....
Sharks need defensemen badly but you overlooked Cagoni and Thompson. Idk if these two are going to be top 4 guys but I think they have some good upside. Especially Cagoni, if he can get a little bigger and adapt his game to the NHL I think he could be a steal.
I think for the Sharks at the draft, yes a defenseman would be nice for sure but it needs to just BPA. We see where they are at in the rebuild, and the prospect pool is looking really good but still just draft BPA don’t reach for a defenseman if the first group is gone.
Would love for you to look at the Flyers rebuild!
Ah ! I knew I was forgetting a team 😆 after the draft I'll do something similar and I won't forget about them.

Anton Silayev
is the name you were looking for 😉
Love your videos dude.
Did you forget About Alex Vlasic when talking about the Blackhawks? He had huge year and will be a big part of Chicagos future core. One of the better defensive defencmen in the league this season. Also only 22 years old so there is room to grow.
And also, who do you think Chicago would pick in the draft if they have the second pick?
Blackhawks.will.get.macklin.celebrini.big.deal.
I did yes. I actually had him on my doc but got a little lost I guess.
That's a good question ! I'd probably go With Levshunov or Lindstrom for the Hawks at 2. But I can't lie, I'd love to see Demidov on that team ! I just think that team building needs to be taken into consideration.
Yes I agree with Reichel he is talented, so young I wouldn't give up on him quite yet!
Raymond has potential to be a 90+ pt game breaking winger for Detroit. If he becomes that I think their rebuild is a lot more successful. Hopefully one of Marco Kasper/ Nate Danielson can be a legit top 6 winger or center, fingers crossed for both
Blackhawks analysis wasnt fantastic, no mention of Vlasic on defense is pretty poor one of the best defensive d men in the league as a rookie. No shoutout to Mrazek is crazy he was unreal this year
Honestly, I'd say that there wasn't a single team analysis that was perfect.
I should've split it into 2 podcasts to go more in depth about each team and don't feel rush to do this thing within a reasonable amount of time.
The podcasts are very different from my videos and very out of my comfort zone. They're non scripted, unedited, recorded in one go in English which is obviously not my first language 😆
It's not perfect but it'll only get better . I actually had Vlasic on my list, I just skipped over him for no apparent reasons 😅
Cheers !
Sharks and Blackhawks are two years away from being two years away.
Yea, especially the sharks, they're completely depleted!
subbed
Thanks man !
Nice work but i would suggest doing much more research. A lot of the info was off and not completely true. Keep it going but maybe work on a smaller amount of teams to make sure you have correct information. Talking prospects is great but dont want to mislead any information.
Thanks. I didn't realized I put out information that was false.
Maybe I miss copied stuff from my research doc to my more "light & structured" doc for the podcast.
Silfverberg announced his retirement earlier this month.
Missed that one ...
Petr Mrazek had a very good season on a very bad team that had all 19-20 year old rookie D men on the left side most nights.
I was giving you the benefit of the doubt, but then you didn't even mention Alex Vlasik, so now I know you don't know what you are talking about. I'm out.
Reinbacher was clearly the wrong pick for Montreal
I was on the michkov train so it definitely wasn't the right pick for me. I also had Benson and Leonard ranked before him. But he looks better than I thought last year. I think he's a very solid pick for now but I'm still convinced Michkov and Leonard are going to be better players. But they're wingers and not RD so I'm ok with it unless he completely fails to reach his ceiling.
@@bluechipprospect you don't rebuild drafting by position, it's a failure to not draft the Best Player Available. I think they will look back on this and cringe for years to come
I'm not the biggest believer in best player available at all cost.
I agree that he wasn't the best player available and probably not in the same tier as some of the player that they could've chosen so yeah, it might come back to bite them in the butt.
But to me, I make tiers and if players are in the same tiers, team building becomes an important factor of the selection but I wouldn't reach for a position player in the top 10.
_What rebuild?_ What sane player wants to have anything to do with a rouge-blanc-et-bleu jersey today? Our once-mighty dynasty has been thoroughly shattered and destroyed, and until people start accepting _(and becoming profoundly vocal)_ that the Habs have been an _absolute failure on all fronts,_ they are going to continue to remain nothing but an absolute joke.
And this from someone that actually lived through the absolute best season in the history of the Canadiens.
What would you have done differently since June 2021?
they're objectively in the upper half of teams since the cap era and being vocal won't change the fact that players don't want to pay half their salaries in taxes playing in a canadian market.
