And then Japanese version is in full English it's literally the same game but with better cheat options.

Ace Combat 6 was a business failure due to jumping ship for no reason. In this day and age multi-plats are better than single plats.
@chancegreat um isnt it kind of obvious? For starters, do all missions on hard and kill the aces on every mission. Each one you kill gives you another plane. (About 20 some special aces). Once you do that, do the campaign on ace difficulty and you unlock more planes there. Finally, do Special Missions 1 and 2 on Ace Difficulty and get an S rank (Easiest if done online). hey huys it took me 1 month to unlock Ace mode, beacause it's very hard you need to finish the missions with rank S or don't take any damage to your self in hard mode
@annodover I second this on the F/B-22, SU-47, FREGATA, CALIBURN, XFA-27, and the FENRIR, which I've seen online and totally outruns me in all aspects that i try to use (MIG-31 with SCRAMJet...)

SP02 isnt hard :D its so easy the planes are hardly a threat...i was so happy when gryphus 1 appeared :D the planes range from phantoms to tomcats they cant even lock on to u..i did that mission with someone else

I haven't unlocked ace mode yet, but if you have, I've already beaten the mission and have tboth the XO2 wyvern and the FALKEN! Just use the F-22 with XMAA's or the YF-23 Black Widow II and it's ODDM's. The X0-2 Wyvern has XLAA's or advanced multiple long range anti-air missiles... Yeah, long names xD. it cost me all as in ALL AIRCRAFT to buy VARCOLAC AND FALKEN whoa falken has a gooood laser and varcolac equiped with GAF-1 Air-to-Air Combat Program avionics is the most maneuverble aircraft of all (take not falken is much more expensive aircraft than varcolac)
F-22 is fast than varcolac because at mission 21A phase 2 I defeat the 3 varcolac but at the lass sule jmani is hard because have a device protector so it will be hard but I defeat them two times at the mission 21A phase 2 and you know why F-22 faster than varcolac because I tune it to engine you now what I choose C-Cycle engine so F-22 is faster.

I noticed that the prop planes don't have great stats in this game, but in the one I'm playing, they're actually pretty good at AA/.

try it on ace mode and it's easier if you fight with the X02 because it's agile if you tune it will and fast from the base stats

@AlvinTingyk I feel your pain. You gotta use your Machine gun. Missiles will rarely work. And believe me, it will take a while. A LONG while.
