Canoe Cycle Hike 5 50 5 Challenge

for some sill reason I agreed to have a go at this, 5 mile paddle , 50k Cycle finished with a 5 mile mountain hike. In my trusty old Giant Defy with totally the wrong gear cassette for wales
Luckily Gopro decided to go for Potato settings during the event

The cycle was brutal, the gears just were not low enough for the hills... Lessons were learned, great experience all in though.
When are you off on the coast to coast?
