I gave up trying to understand storylines, it is a lot. And when you think “oh it’s just a boyband it can’t be that much” no really it’s a lot. It’s not even just mv’s it’s websites, webtoons and so much other stuff. I just kinda enjoy the visuals of the mv’s and move on. When you think one thing isn’t important it turns out it is. And something only in frame for 2 seconds is like ground breaking stuff. There have been dedicated armys trying to put it together for years and at the end there in no right answer. It’s all up for anyone to think about and come up with things. In “Blood, Sweat and Tears” (amazing video btw, imo it’s one of the best videos in kpop EVER. The song, visuals and meaning is insane. It’s also a sexy concept and all of them look.... so good. It’s their best era and in particular V, Jungkook and Jimin biased people lose their minds on the energy the three give off in the video. Also if you watching watch the mv then the live performance after. The video is amazingly dark the full dance ver is even better. The one from COUNTDOWN on the Mnet k-pop channel is the best one) there is so much “lore” but I just kinda enjoy the ride and enjoy the view. But if you are going to go into storyline things you might want to stick to one theory vs hoping around because that can be hard to follow. And then every time from then on the only thing you’ll think about is hidden meanings and lore when watching mv’s.

Okay let me try to explain the ON MV: Essentially the whole comeback is about rebirth, a new beginning. That's what the MV symbolizes as well. Things like the dove that was shot at the beginning being alive again, or the fireballs purging the earth only for trees to grow again. Noah's arc, too. The girl with the blindfold is probably supposed to represent Army. We think so because in the Make It Right MV, there was also a girl with blonde hair that was always by the side of the boy who represented BTS. Anyway, she is Army, and she's blindfolded because BTS wants to protect us from the evil in the world. Tae eventually takes off the blindfold, but only when the gate is opening,meaning that things are okay now and there's no evil around. At the very end, when BTS climb the mountain, you can see that they aren't at the very top, which means that they haven't reached their full potential/peak yet and have more things to show us, and more things to accomplish. There's also the writing "No More Dream" which changes into "Dream". No More Dream was the title of their debut song, in which they talked about how people expect so many things from teenagers, and often want to push them into paths or careers which they don't actually want. Because of that, many young people don't have dreams anymore, don't know what THEY want to do in life. So basically, that changing into "Dream" shows a new beginning for BTS, a new part in their lives and careers. This is because their original contract expired this year. Had they not renewed it in 2018, June 13, 2020 would've been their last day as BTS, as it has been seven years since their debut, and contracts for idols usually last seven years. But they renewed their contract while renegotiating the conditions to fit with their wants and needs, and agreed to another seven years. So in every way possible, 2020 is their point of rebirth. I'm sorry this got so long, but I hope this helps a bit with understanding everything. If you want more detailed explanations and theories for the MV, I recommend the "ON Explained By A Korean" video by DKDKTV, and also "British Priest Reacts to "ON" by BTS!? " by JOLLY, since there are a lot of religious references in the MV that are hard to notice unless you're very familiar with the topic.

bts has LOTS and lots of content (albums, dozens of music videos, interviews, vlives, singles, performances, and crack videos) so please don't overwhelm yourself with watching then all at once; it could honestly take a week or two lmao. their storyline is also very complex and dates all the way back to 2015. there's already a webtoon for it ( an official online comic) and its being made into a drama aswell. you can catch up on the bts universe if you want, but please don't stress yourself out since only a few armys really understand what it all means. also, bts are now actually friends with charlie puth and jungkook performed "we don't talk anymore" with him live !! i loved the reaction as always and was laughing my ass off the whole time haha. thanks for another upload !!

fun fact! when bts performs songs (usually their title tracks) there are fan chants made so the fans can give a greater impact to the performance and interact with bts. u guys were actually doing some of the fan chants in boy with luv during suga and j-hope's verses hehe bts decided the fan chant for boy with luv and wanted smth fun so they used the adlibs; "yah" + "oh no" + "ay ay" in suga's verse and "hopeworld" + "oh no~" + "no way" in j-hope's.

So you guys called Namjoon and Jungkook, "Nam" and "Jung" and usually when using the members real names versus their stage names, people go with the second part of their first name as a nickname. So Namjoon would be "Joon" and Jungkook would be "Kook." I guess that the nickname "Tae" is an exception but that's just how people normally call them. I gave up trying to understand storylines, it is a lot. And when you think “oh it’s just a boyband it can’t be that much” no really it’s a lot. It’s not even just mv’s it’s websites, webtoons and so much other stuff. I just kinda enjoy the visuals of the mv’s and move on. When you think one thing isn’t important it turns out it is. And something only in frame for 2 seconds is like ground breaking stuff. There have been dedicated armys trying to put it together for years and at the end there in no right answer. It’s all up for anyone to think about and come up with things. In “Blood, Sweat and Tears” (amazing video btw, imo it’s one of the best videos in kpop EVER. The song, visuals and meaning is insane. It’s also a sexy concept and all of them look.... so good. It’s their best era and in particular V, Jungkook and Jimin biased people lose their minds on the energy the three give off in the video. Also if you watching watch the mv then the live performance after. The video is amazingly dark the full dance ver is even better. The one from COUNTDOWN on the Mnet k-pop channel is the best one) there is so much “lore” but I just kinda enjoy the ride and enjoy the view. But if you are going to go into storyline things you might want to stick to one theory vs hoping around because that can be hard to follow. And then every time from then on the only thing you’ll think about is hidden meanings and lore when watching mv’s.

Okay let me try to explain the ON MV:
Essentially the whole comeback is about rebirth, a new beginning. That's what the MV symbolizes as well. Things like the dove that was shot at the beginning being alive again, or the fireballs purging the earth only for trees to grow again. Noah's arc, too.
The girl with the blindfold is probably supposed to represent Army. We think so because in the Make It Right MV, there was also a girl with blonde hair that was always by the side of the boy who represented BTS. Anyway, she is Army, and she's blindfolded because BTS wants to protect us from the evil in the world. Tae eventually takes off the blindfold, but only when the gate is opening,meaning that things are okay now and there's no evil around.
At the very end, when BTS climb the mountain, you can see that they aren't at the very top, which means that they haven't reached their full potential/peak yet and have more things to show us, and more things to accomplish. There's also the writing "No More Dream" which changes into "Dream". No More Dream was the title of their debut song, in which they talked about how people expect so many things from teenagers, and often want to push them into paths or careers which they don't actually want. Because of that, many young people don't have dreams anymore, don't know what THEY want to do in life. So basically, that changing into "Dream" shows a new beginning for BTS, a new part in their lives and careers.
This is because their original contract expired this year. Had they not renewed it in 2018, June 13, 2020 would've been their last day as BTS, as it has been seven years since their debut, and contracts for idols usually last seven years. But they renewed their contract while renegotiating the conditions to fit with their wants and needs, and agreed to another seven years. So in every way possible, 2020 is their point of rebirth.

bts has LOTS and lots of content (albums, dozens of music videos, interviews, vlives, singles, performances, and crack videos) so please don't overwhelm yourself with watching then all at once; it could honestly take a week or two lmao. their storyline is also very complex and dates all the way back to 2015. there's already a webtoon for it ( an official online comic) and its being made into a drama aswell. you can catch up on the bts universe if you want, but please don't stress yourself out since only a few armys really understand what it all means. also, bts are now actually friends with charlie puth and jungkook performed "we don't talk anymore" with him live !! i loved the reaction as always and was laughing my ass off the whole time haha. thanks for another upload !!

I loved this SO MUCH, its so chill and it really feels like we are there with you + your reactions are so funny 😂 😂😂 I watched that video of them in America so much that I was sick of it but I laughed again with you guys 😂. About the ON music video, I saw some comments talking about BTS's storyline, but this video actually isn't a part of it, if you want the list of videos to watch for the storyline I can give it to you guys but as some others have said, it's actually really complicated and you have to binge watch it to connect the dots, bc if you watch one video and the next one one month later you're going to forget important details (The alternate universe its ALL about the details and catching dates, pairs of members, symbolism. So you guys called Namjoon and Jungkook, "Nam" and "Jung" and usually when using the members real names versus their stage names, people go with the second part of their first name as a nickname. So Namjoon would be "Joon" and Jungkook would be "Kook." I guess that the nickname "Tae" is an exception but that's just how people normally call them. It's the same with Jin, his real name is "Seokjin" but everyone just calls him "Jin." I love your reactions, hope you continue to react to BTS and eventually(maybe) some more groups!!! 💜
