  • Join me this week Monday through to Friday to complete 10 minutes of Pilates everyday. It is aimed for kids but adults can join in too, let your inner child play ;)
    Each day I will give you a NEW movement focus. Today's focus is programmed to challenge your balance, increase body awareness and proprioception. Wobbles are part of the exercise :D
    Optional: grab your soft toy to add some extra fun into this workout. If you don't have a soft toy you can join in without it!
    Here is your weekly schedule including your movement focus:
    Monday: balance, body awareness, proprioception
    Tuesday: coordination
    Wednesday:stretch
    Thursday: posterior strength
    Friday: spinal articulation
