I've had my 1970 142S for 4 years and I have never seen another 140 series around here, and I'm in California. I see P1800's from time to time but that's it from the late 1960's / early 1970's.

definitely save the 531 for na build, loved miss huff so much. Id say when you max out that current 531 heads capability and cant get any more power, go for a 16valve head instead on the turbo build ?
to get a genuine 500whp, a 60mm wheel isn't quite big enough. Put the supposed maxxed out head on the turbo. Especcially as NA needs to be shaved to get the compression right up. Would like to know the actual specs of the head. What ecu are you using?
Hey why did you never build the inline 6 like in the 960. it is a 3.0l built with the help of Porsche and it already comes with 200hp and I saw some people that put a turbo on it
Yo i got a 4 speed manual 740 model 90 is there some things that i should look out for specifically? I know that my fuel gauge is kinda fucked and the same goes for the clutch as in it sometimes gets stuck. But other than that I have no real clue what other problems it can have besides rust.
I'd really love to see another 8000rpm ITB n/a build. Miss Huff was what brought a lot of us to this channel, that exhaust note was second to none.

You need a bigger exhaust housing. 16-18cm2 would work well.

940 values are going up in the uk now, seeminly more than 240s, there are hardly any 740s left here.
