So good to see movement being adjusted so quick. This was my main gripe with the class. And by that I mean the skills to just move around. I hope the shift dash is more responsive. Also thanks for showing the difference in glabs, it makes things more palpable already.
From the hours I put into PVP on Dosa, I felt more it was a speed up of certain spells + removing the force camera thingy on pocketed shift spells. Speed up I definitely would say Shift + E needs it.
I think the perception of slow is deceptive. Seeing as he's dealing dmg during those "slow" moments. Also, hes also causing a vacuum or super armor while he casting/animating.
The class def needs some improvements but he wasn’t unplayable. I think people just like to complain about everything. Good tonsee changes come in quickly though. That is always a plus.
i use dosa in gyfin and i think its ok,only gripe is that when i use his dash skill he always ends it with an attack and it would trigger gyfin mob.. and idk but i cant even phase through mobs when i shift + backwards. Overall he fine af skill and look wise
The class needs a permanent attack speed buff. I got lucky and dropped 50% gem attack speed for 30 minutes, felt great. I know 50% is too much, maybe 20% is needed? We simply can't use all of our skills in our toolkit because the animations are slow.
Changes are decent. Still needs to remove all of the unnecessary slow start up animations for movements and some damage skills like rising slash, way better stam management, more cancels for damage skills while maintaining good damage, and lower the cooldown on stratus shift cause allowing us to to just use virga shaft while on cd when other skills that aren’t on cd 0:10 can be linked to move instead is not a helpful change. Pack to pack movement would be much better after that change as well as allowing W+F to be canceled by stratus shift. Idky that already isn’t a thing.
The class is fine, y’all just want everything. His cancels are great already, otherwise you have a fully protected SA / fg class that he pretty much is already. Adding more cancels eliminates any type of gap he could even possibly have, which he doesn’t have much to begin with. Just get better
@@youreaqt3730there was 0 mention in my first message about wanting a fully protected class. 90% of classes in the game are fully protected. Take succ ninja for example, damn near fully protected mainly cause of his cancels and speed plus he’s an S tier grinder. I’m not saying buff it to be exactly like that. His grind efficiency is low B tier at best. The class feels clunky and most people playing it will agree. Stam management is also a big thing most people playing the class will agree on being trash 🙂
I do like the linking of movement skills but looks abit much. If there wqs a hang up for me, with the class, the movement would have been it because other long standing class have/had better. As long as they dont nerf my style points. But ill trade a few if i can get the Victory Fanfare after my nukes.
I like the class but he felt somewhat clunky and unrefined so this might be a little uppgrade to that but he is missing alot of skills so can´t really say anything until we got those
@youreaqt3730 he absolutely does not. If he did, pa wouldn't have made changes to his movement and abilities for him to get around. Moving from pack to pack can get annoying especially in underground gyfin where he bumps into enemies unless you use his shift+lmb. Objectify, his movement is somewhat clunky and uncomfortable to use at times.
After playing warrior for years I realize just how outdated it is after playing DOSA. Warrior has almost 0 protected skills while dosa has almost all protected skills.
I mean... It's good when you've experienced better. It's not terrible. I assume the awakening will change that status quo. Currently I'm loving the class. Blowing things up and stacking them style points, kid. I even went the extra mile and bought the academy outfit with coat hidden. Bringing the business.
I've had the same discussion with a guildmate, he insisted he is sluggish at moving pack to pack, meanwhile I was dancing around Polly's for that Season Quest and was like...."Bruh when does this class stop moving?"
@@DeLawrence97 His movement is good, its the animation locks that make it weird: like the whole flute solo while he unsheathes the sword on shift e and the archer skill's awkward direction changing feature. When they improve the linkages and cut down on the animations it will improve dps and flow tremendously, like what happened with succ woosa.
