This touge race but as an initial D episode (Very Corny): Two drivers, line up their cars, A yellow Mazda RX7, with a beautiful rotary engine takes on a mysterious black Toyota Supra, the driver of the RX7 seems to be a bit nervous, hands shaking a bit turning on the radio as the Supra's demonic aura puts on a show, and 3, 2, 1, GO! They're off, the yellow RX7 taking the lead, Supra trailing behind *Yellow RX7 Driver: *inhale* easy lead, but I won't be able to shake him, hes.. different.* The yellow RX7 takes a steady lead with the Supra gaining and applying more pressure on the RX7. As they race, the RX7 driver is shook, and cannot seem to shake the Supra off, the Supra is driven by some monster and the RX7 driver is nervous, then.. IT HAPPENED.. the RX7 and Supra randomly lose grip in their front tires, screwing up, but the Supra manages to save itself, unlike the RX7 not being able to make a steady recovery. *RX7 Driver: *Shocked and the drivers pupils have that anime shrunk look* N-NANI?!? I lost grip in my front tires.. How..!?* The Supra driver then overtakes the RX7 driver having a 3 second lead, causing the crowd to go crazy! *RX7 Driver: But.. How!??! I had it all calculated, I had an easy victory, w-what happened.?!?* Both cars are neck a neck, no one knows what's gonna happen next! *Supra Driver: Heh.. Seems like this guy can't handle the pressure of my demonic Supra.. *Demonic laugh* This guy was no challenge at all..!!* The Supra then takes the final corner, passing the RX7 which had the driver of the RX7 shook, and even more nervous than before.. Then at it's final state, the Yellow Comet of touge racing, has.. lost..
rx-7 stayed on track MUCH more than the supra did, as well as running cleaner lines in general, supra only won by cutting corners and lucking out at the point they both crashed, good race tho
so uhm do you do any touge racing cause if you do you will know that drifting is not neccesary and theres too many straights so its better not to drift if u want speed

Rx7 drifts with too much angle, so loses speed in corners, the supra grips so he wins on the corners, if rx7 had just gripped or slip angled then totally wouldve won

you need grip to accelerate with the throttle, the rx7 was too busy sliding and shit and the supra just took the best line without needing to turn
