@manjunathsuman8396 Since everybody is doing this, then does it make it legal or permissible to carry out this act? It might be alright to do this in India, but not here!
@@wetlandweaselhow is this different from employment agencies? They all take a cut and these women go to these agencies for the training they are not forced. I work in tech I’ve known Indians to do this for decades
every student from low level colleges who cannot job also depend on these low level consultancies to get trained and placed.....its also american universites for greed of money giving seats to thousands of foriegn stuends,...its the system thats the problem...this has notthing to do with human trafficking....and regarding the paycut...even bit combapines like IBM bill the clients ,take their cut and pay the contractor or employee.
Yes but inhuman and trafficking is different. Was this inhuman, yes. But what is being overlooked is they weren't forced to come to usa, they chose that, and many know they may be asked to do anything once they are in usa. They are brought here by Indian it consulting agencies on H1B visas. Government is led to think they will be working IT jobs for a Corp. Once they enter USA, the company that sponsored their visa owns them, and unfortunately means doing whatever they want you to do (if you want to stay in usa).
Exactly, the so called victims joined and agreed to their terms. They are taking advantage of an unexpected raid to get victim visa/green card. Just ask who the victims were and how soon was their visa/work permit expiring and why did they agree to join a firm that takes 20% cut? You will then connect the dots.
Bogus charge. He placed people in different companies and got a percent from their salaries. Probably an abuse of H1B or OPT but not human trafficking.
They want to make millions of dollars by submitting fake documents to clients. They forge Green Cards and submit resumes to US businesses. Their race-hiring managers lay off American workers and hire them by hosting ghost interviews. Many US businesses are losing money with this kind of fake engineers.
There’s 100s of these agencies. This is how they get tech jobs I’m surprised people including the authorities are learning about this.
Every Indian IT consulting company is doing this.
They should all be investigated.
