My gsxr600 did this even without a quick shifter. The flame has nothing to do with the quickshifter. But it was pretty cool having a bike spit 1 foot flames on decel.
quickshifter is a small device that is attached to the gear level..it helps the rider to up shift the gears without using a cluth and closing the throttle..and there is auto blipper which is actually the same device but helps in down shifting..but it can only be done with a bike having a ride by wire throttle and slipper cluth.
@@sachinlawrencejohn not true my bike is not drive by wire my throttle is cable and so is my clutch and I can get an auto blip done on my quick shifter through race tools
@@twizted6367 if you’re controlling the throttle with a cable, how can the quick shifter auto blip the throttle for down shifts? The throttle has to open somehow.
Thanks for your comment. Unfortunately, it is much like many others I'll put some full stops in the description for you GSX-R 750. Quickshifter. Flames.
@@brandonhenery1831 clutch is really for taking off and coming to a stop. If what you're saying was true quickshifters wouldn't exist. They just cut the engine for a milliseconds as soon as you shift, instead of manually letting off the gas to take the load of the trans for that split second
@@gooklogander7 thank you for that lesson in mechanics and aftermarket accessories. As a career rider with over 20 years experience, I would still not agree with using the method some riders like you speak of for the following reasons. Most times in lower rev ranges, it still not ideal for many transmissions as the load is not taken off entirely this bending gear selector forks. This then leads to issues where a gear is selected but not fully engaged which means that the transmission slips out of the higher gear and goes back into the previous gear. *There are posts on forums about this every so often across many brands. "Bump shift" is usually reserved for when the clutch cable has snapped and is not the most preffered way of shifting because it can lead to irregular wear and repairs when it is most likely not done right. It's such a rare technique used because it's more miss than hit with most riders causing damage than actually perfecting the technique and using it effectively.
@@brandonhenery1831 okay well, because of what you said at the end I would have to agree with your statement. Like you basically agreed with what I said. By the way dude I couldn't get a Frenchman F*CK how many years "experience" you have😂. Love when people day that. How come 50 year old with 35 years drive experience still drive like crap? How come 'mechanics' with decades of experience still are complete hacks that can barely comprehend a simple sentence? Because how long you've been doing soemthing is NOT the end all be all, infact half the time its more less irrelevant. I know young guys who've been engineers for less than 2 years yet they're 10x the engineer compared to the people they work for. Years experience don't mean you're special bud. You're correct wrong technique = damaging your trans, & you explained how it happens perfectly so how could I disagree with that?? Where you're wrong is saying its harder to do it right than wrong. Thats just simply inaccurate. Even on garbage trans from the 80s as a kid I clutchless shifted them 95% of the time (way more than I do nowadays, but proper technique was used i was fast kid) and never had an issue with a transmission. And that was literally me street racing these things beating the absolute hell out of the every day. On new cycle transmission its unbelievably easy. The fact is you can clutchless shift a motorcycle gearbox no problem AS long as you're doing it right... and you better be doing it right LOL😂😂

Tha slip on or should i say that metal tube is about to jump off. LoL.
An additional bracket was later fabricated 🤦🏻♂️🙈
That must be so fun.
