I appreciate my butcher. The investment in equipment and of course the substantial labor makes it one of the most important jobs that is overlooked. Great job!
You and your relatives have a good set up for processing your own animals. I am envious, all that wonderful meat and you know how it was treated and what it ate during its life unlike most other people that have store bought meat.
you have a set up some what like mine. one thing we did different is we always put a clean tarp on the ground. If the beef falls for any reason you will not be scraping dirt off or loose meat by trimming off dirt. Other then that good job. It was also good to see you saved the switcher, licker, and ticker (tail, tongue & heart).
Nice old farmall outside , the best organic homegrown beef 🥩. Iiiiii iiiiii feed my beef on grains and turnips the last 6 wk . Give excellent taste beef for my customers. 😊
I’m very thankful for you guys providing all our meat for us! ❤️ Proud mother, right here.
You’re welcome ❤️
The right tools make all the difference in the world starting with a sharp knife and a tractor. You all did a fine job
Thanks man!

Happy New Year!
LOVE the old Enterprise cast iron stuffer! You have the lard press basket/plate for it?
Yes we do but we’ve only used it once, the cracklings were so hard to get out once they were pressed. It’s an awesome stuffer!
