    I have had several tacomas, and some almost exactly like this. I have loved this series.
    I wish you would have matched the inside of the tailgate with the bedliner you used on the bed and removed the plastic. Such a great project and father son time. I could watch this series over and over.
    Thank you.

      @@tjvalleygaragelooks great with fresh paint for sure! Also love the paint matched flares. I did that to mine as well even though it was an SR5 with the TRD Offroad package.

    • @tjvalleygarage
      @tjvalleygarage  10 месяцев назад +1

      Thanks! I am actually daily driving the Celica but we’ll probably end up selling the Tacoma 👍

    I'm enjoying your build, I've got a 97 Tacoma I'm doing the same thing too, but thank god no frame work! I do need a tail gate and rear bumper though. could you share where you found yours? They look like great quality.

      @@mfharper44 very cool! We got them from our wholesale aftermarket parts seller called LKQ. Not sure if you’d be able to order from them since we are an auto body shop but you can give them a try.

      Also saw how Dad put the sander in the middle to avoid sticking it all down at one time. Will copy that skill.
