@@Akio_da_fox5530 the hearts has a number that is constantly getting lower. The number represents your health being 1 the lower health digit meaning that missing a note is instant death. The health will only go up if you are hitting notes constantly without missing but it will start draining as soon as you stop hitting notes leaving you at 1 again

The anatomically correct hearts where used instead of the traditional health bar, just to make the mod even more customized.
