As humans, we forget so quickly that sin is ever so prevalent in human nature. Extremely frustrating. As Paul said, "that which we ought not do, we do. That which we ought to do, we don't" the battle is hard but we must keep our armor on, the sword in our hand ...
Very true - nowadays if you even say the word "sin" you're labeled by many as a hatemonger and an extremist. And in an atheistic culture it has no meaning because if you believe there is no God then there is no God to sin against. Children in the public schools are taught Darwinian evolution not as theory anymore but as fact and that the universe itself originated from nothing through the "Big Bang". In other words, there is no God. Indoctrinate children with godless philosophies and you eventually wind up with godless societies. Surprise surprise....

Thanks Pastor Skip in boldly speaking the truth. Like Israel I think we'll repeat the same mistakes. Human nature has not changed since Adam's fall. I think the rate of deterioration of our nation will be directly proportional to the rate at which we move away from God and the Judeo-Christian values upon which it was founded. But a nation is composed of individuals, so it ultimately depends on what's going on in individual hearts and minds. Some of the most famous scientists in history - Newton, Pascal, Maxwell, Heisenberg, etc etc- would nowadays be considered delusional for believing in the Creator behind the creation. If a pillar of fire appeared in the center of the US most scientists would blame it on climate change! The blindness of it all...and yet God has not surrendered His throne and His eternal purposes will be accomplished. All glory to God and Jesus Christ the Lord of lords!

It's absolutely abominable that one of the most dangerous places in America for a human being is the mother's womb. The problem is the same! Interesting Because at noon when christ was on the cross They mocked Him Hes the power that reveresed the curse took away thqe sin When elijah tho Mocked them U can see christ reversing that part of the curse taking the mocking that was put out And instead remaining humble meek (Strength)
