Strongest announcer voices were Gary Thorne (NHL, MLB), Tom Mees (NHL), Curt Gowdy (NFL) though. Rick Jenarett (Buffalo Sabres) is pretty comical too. Oops, had to edit to include Gordon Solie (GA Championship Wrestling - NWA). Greeeat voice. Another edit: Larry Munson, Ga Bulldogs voice. How could I forget?
I love old school commentators who are honest and don't care about being sacked. I don't know how Kerry O'Keeffe still keeps his job in this day and age but I love it.
