if having to wait 3 hours with your kids for a flight is your biggest problem, you really don’t have any problems. take 3 hours and reflect on that.
First World problems for sure.🌎
Some people are always miserable and love to spread the misery around...
@@largol33t1 Yep, misery ❤️S company. 🙂
Exactly, next time just make him wear a condom or take the pill, no one made you have kids you don't want to be with. You aren't doing society a favor by breeding.
The world revolves around them. So they won’t care
So she is traumatized at the thought of spending 3 hours with them in an airport? ...mom of the year award
🐗💩🖕
@@mandymuruvalo9933 - too close to home?
@Silversled I know what you mean. When my kids were younger did a lot of traveling and although it could be trying at times, l look back fondly at the time spent. Much more enjoyable than spending time with adults talking work and all the rich people they knew ha ha
Douglas W .More likely she didn’t want to traumatise the kids for having to spend that much time with her.
@Silversled i think that's a very valuable lesson, too. kids don't need to be taught to throw a hissy fit to get what you want. life is not like that. most times you just have to take your place in line and wait your turn. she knew there was a 3 hour layover when she booked the flight in the first place. lesson #1...always fly non-stop
She bought the cheaper flight later in the day and thought she could complain her way onto the earlier one 🤦♂️
Ahh, that makes sense!
you can tell the mom does this all the time and previously the gate agents were just like "whatever, putting you on this earlier flight for free is way less effort and bullshit than trying to collect an upgrade that you are not going to pay but you will argue and moan and whine about for 15 minutes while i try to do my job"
Gaming the system
I don’t get it either 😆
Thank you, I didn’t even think of that, but it makes perfect sense.
No one held a gun to Amy's head and make her arrive early. So why should the airline have to accommodate her? They don't.
She has a point. The plane left with empty seats. If she uses 3 the empty seats will just be transferred to the other airplane which could possibly be filled at the last minute for waay more than she paid. It doesn't make sense.
Beezlie727 so if you have a business and things are leftover would you just give it away?
@@arqamchara5887 Not a proper comparison. The seats exist in both planes. If the early planes seats are empty at takeoff - absolutely money lost. If they fill those early seates with the lady & her party they get absolute money, RIGHT THEN! 3 empty seats in the later plane will lose money BUT a last minute traveler can come along & buy last minute seats (at even higher price)! More potential money to be made by moving the lady to the earlier flight as she wanted!
@@arqamchara5887 If my business gave anything away it would have nothing in common with the scenario I described! No airplane seates were given away on either flight!
@@Beezlie727 airlines are not in the business of taking chances on possibly making money. your scenario makes no sense. they have "absolute money" already from the lady and her kids - not to mention that the empty seats on the earlier flight could have been left empty by "no-show" passengers who had already paid. the fact of the matter is that NO airline makes changes to flights free-of-charge.
"This is by someone's design", yeah, hers! She arrived early and tried to switch flights for free. She has nobody to blame but herseld
Exactly
Exactly!!
Nothing wrong with trying to leave earlier,
Especially when the plane has empty seats
Come on,,,,
@@larrymacmillan2430 cryyyyyyyyy
Once upon a time, not very long ago, if you arrived at the airport early, and there was an earlier flight with empty seats, the airlines would practically beg you to get on the earlier flight, even if you had checked bags. That has happened to me many times. It isn't at all unreasonable to expect it.
Has this creep flown before? 3 hours? That's nothing.
It really isn't. My family of five once waited for 10 hours in Fort Lauderdale. Why? Because that's how we booked our flights. So we waited. That's life. This woman apparently hasn't learned how to deal with inconvenience.
@@jennymacallan9071 plus id rather be 3 hours early, than 10 minutes late
Ken Johnson.... agreed! Most of my layovers run about four or five hours. But… I was taught to entertain myself when I was a child. So, I will wander around the airport and browse in shops at the way overpriced items & souvenirs and maybe have a snack and a cup of overpriced coffee etc. I will keep wandering back to the gate I'm supposed to be at, just to make sure that they didn't change gates or time schedule.
@@nevaehlumiere5418 just plane watching is enough entertainment for me, i love watching all the different airlines coming and going
Good to be early in the airport, I even wait for 4hrs because I know the traffic if I left two to three hours before my flight. My flight is 745am, I left 3am from my house, travel time is less than 30 mins. Better to be early than late. Plane would not wait for us.
We have a saying in Ireland......”you can’t buy class”. This lady has none.
And everywhere else in the Anglosphere.
Got that one right
That's because potatoes are no longer considered legal tender )) (just friendly banter, no harm meant)
That lady feels so entitled because I have kids
Like many people , she appears not to know that catching an aircraft is not the same an catching a bus or a train.
A King exactlyyyyyyy
Nahhhhhh.... look at the kids. They're not toddlers. They appear to be well behaved. She simply is using the idea of having the children wait, in order to get her own way!
Why would she feel entitled because you have kids?
Karens do use that card.
Ok first off without saying a word shes in the wrong by being halfway around the counter....it gives the impression shes intimidating the employee
Yup, I don't associate or help customers at my job who do this. I ask them politely but firmly to move to the front of the desk.
I saw that too. Unacceptable. I sometimes have to lean in like that but I usually ask or explain that I can only hear from one ear since I was a baby. Without asking, it's a bit of a bully move.
I thought that also.
A surprising (ok not surprising) # of pax think they can expedite the travel process by coming behind the counter and, say, tagging their own bags. These pax quickly discover otherwise. 🤦♀️
I’m always shocked at the level of nastiness these workers have to deal with on a daily basis.
It's apart of the job. People are inherently good but sometimes they buy airplane tickets especially discounted ones and think they can game the system like wanting the 5pm flight but it's too expensive so they book the 8pm and hope they can game it onto the 5pm because they're a lone female with kids. It's nothing personal this is how humans are. Gina is paid by the hour not by the 10/10 customer service resolution. It's way better than an office job and no customers 10000%
Don’t get to the airport early problem solved
Why, what's the big deal?
Seems easy, to me
philip marsland Their connecting flight landed 3 hours early at that airport before their next flight. Although I don’t think it’s wrong to try to ask to see if she can get a earlier flight, she didn’t have to be so rude to the women trying to help her when she didn’t get the answer she didn’t like. I agree, it’s stupid that there were 3 empty seats on the flight she was asking to be bumped up to leaving with nobody in sight to purchase a ticket & they still told her no unless she wanted to spend $125.00 each to get them. Still it’s rude the way she treated the employee, she doesn’t make the rules, Especially In front of her children, not a good example at all on how to show them the rule “Always treat others the way you want to be treated”! I don’t understand the big deal, take a Uber, take your kids & go to a mall out to get something to eat & come back! Spend three hours with your kids & chill!
If u don’t arrive early ur most likely gonna be late
@@colleenwhite6902 That is whole thing. SW did not owe her anything, but a better attitude may have helped her case.
Shit was funny when check in person said I offered her to read this over since she is going to have three hours to wait lol
Karen, I mean Amy has that entitlement smell coming off of her.
And it Stinks!
Lol
You should've said "Amy, I mean Karen". 😏
No. It was common sense, there was space on earlier flights, why couldn’t they fly earlier? It was offered to me several times in the past and was great. NOT southwest though.
@@arribaficationwineho32 When you buy your tickets through Southwest's website, you can see that the costs of flights to the same destination vary throughout the day. The more "sought after" flights such as nonstop are more expensive than the ones with layovers or plane changes. And even the time of the flight can make one flight more expensive than another. I suspect that Karen, er, Amy was trying to get on a more desirable flight and therefore was being charged an upgrade fee.
This woman has a Louis Vuitton bag. Maybe pay the money and stop yelling at the employee who has to follow the rules.
That LV is either brand new or fake. And just spend three hours running the kids around so they'll sleep on the floght.
Imitation Louis Vuitton bag, to boost her lack of class ! And she flies on a low cost airline !!
Fake LV bag, if she could afford a real one she wouldn’t be flying Southwest
AMEN Trisha👜 👍👏👏👏👏
Why did she get there so early?? Its on her, I do feel bad for the kids
Relax go get a drink. Either pay the money or don't, it's not the flight attendants fault she arrived 3 hours early.
Oh yeah, let's get this female a drink. I'm sure her kids can handle the wait with a drunk entitled mom. And her flight to come will thank you, too.
Flight attendants are on the airplane. They are not at the desk being ticketing agents.

“ I’m in your airport for 3 hours and that’s obviously by someones design”....yeah YOURS 😂😂😂
Southwest actually gave me an earlier flight without me asking for it. What did I do? I engaged in an amicable conversation with the desk agent. He asked me if I would like to leave earlier. I replied how much I would appreciate the gesture. Voilà (edited).
Dan Alexander I agree with this one! Just be polite and try to ask in a nice way :)

Amy & the kids are no better than anyone else, bottom line, and have to follow company policy. Bravo Southwest!
What is amazing is a mother acting like being forced to spend 2 hrs with her kids is a travesty.
Idiot
Three hours? Three whole hours? Ohhh The Humanity......
My father once decided, when our flight was twelve hours delayed, that we would just stay in the airport, rather than go home (we were about half an hour from the airport) and sleep, so three hours? boo hoo...
My guess is that she's 3 hours early because even the hotel got tired of her and her kids and threw them out.
"have to wait 3 hours for their original flight" - so what? Don't arrive early? Exercise some parenting skills and teach your children patience and grace? Teach them how to read a clock?
She can’t teach them those things because she doesn’t know those things herself

I give nothing that wasn’t paid for
$375 for the empty seats on earlier flight or $0 for the flight you booked. No problem.
Had a flight one time and was asked if i wanted a flight 1 hour later. Looked at the agent stupidly at which time she said i would get in 1 hour earlier. Ended up my original went to JFK with an hour layover. Took the later flight which was also upgraded to 1st class and also food vouchers for my wait of an hour. This lady would have freaked.
I found a transcript of the paper that the gate agent tried to give to the rude lady since you can't read it in the video. It fully explained the reasoning behind Southwest's position on the issue. She was just too entitled to read it. Basically, they enforce the upgrade fee to prevent people from constantly abusing the system. If you purchased your ticket well in advance, it came at a lower price. This allowed Southwest to fill more seats on their flights. Say you purchased a ticket for a flight 6 months from now and it came at a discounted rate. Why would it make sense on Southwest's end to allow you to take that ticket and transfer it to a flight leaving next week that would have been full price. If this behavior was allowed airline-wide, Southwest would lose revenue and be forced to raise fares for everyone. My example is much more extreme than the situation in the video, but it shows the principle behind Southwest's decision.
Here is the full transcript:
So...why can't I just go standby?
Many customers would like for us to waive the "standby upgrade," the difference in fare we collect when a customer holding a discounted ticket wants to take an earlier flight. Because Southwest employees are known for "bending" the rules in customers favor, our adherence to this one is often perceived as an "exception the exception."
To illustrate why our customers flexibility exempts this policy, I'd like to share with you some inside history of the business. Long ago, there was only one ticket, called full (or walk-up) fare. However, there weren't always enough full fare customers to fill up the frequent flights they wanted to choose from. Yet, to lower the fare enough to sell all those seats would mean losing money on nearly every trip!
So restricted fares were born, making air travel affordable to more people than ever. However, Southwest did not raise full fares to make this discounting possible. We simply lowered prices on a limited number of seats per plane, adding restrictions acceptable to customers who could plan their travel well in advance.
Presently, under this arrangement, everyone benefits. The full-fare customer can stand by or change reservations among a wider selection of flights, with transaction costs already built into the fare. The bargain traveler is able to fly (rather than drive), and can still change plans by adapting to new restrictions, or by becoming a full-fare customer - typically paying less than our competitors walk-up fares.
Full-fare privileges at full-fare prices. Restrictions at discounted prices. It is really nothing new: Movie theaters have has matinee specials for decades. However, they don't accept matinee tickets at Saturday-night shows. Neither do we allow discounted, restricted tickets to be used like full-fare tickets.
But what about Southwest vaunted flexibility toward our customers? Unfortunately, exceptions to this particular rule would have a way of becoming habit, habit of becoming norm, and in short order, no one would see any reason to buy a full-fare ticket. We would then have to raise discounted fares to make up for lost revenue, pricing the budget traveler out of the airplane and scrapping the mutually beneficial relationship between the bargain and business traveler. Without sky-high first class and walk-up fares (like our rivals!) to compensate, Southwest Airlines would no longer mean lower fares for everyone.
Of course, our employees still have the flexibility to help customers in verifiable dire circumstances. Normally, however, the agreement we make with customers at the time of ticket purchase should be kept - on both ends. It is the only way to be fair to the full-fare customer and still offer the low fares and high flight frequency people enjoy when Southwest serves their hometown.

👍love your explnation. Guest paid for a hotel room on Monday, July 6, and decide to show up on Sat July 4, They think they should not pay the price difference. SMH🤦♀️
Ticket prices shouldn't be variable. There should be one price between destinations. Airlines just price gouge their customers.
We should have let them all fail last year because they practice bad business and rip people off.
absolute lie. I have plenty of times arrived early and a few times been offered a seat on an earlier flight at no extra charge that was getting ready to leave with empty seats. They didn't lose money because of the change.
@@RichardDeHaven But if it was known by everyone that this can be done then there would be chaos with everyone wanting rebooking every day. That creates a lot of extra work for staff to shuffle people around. It is nice to be able to offer it when it doesn't cause disruption to a big lineup waiting.
I get what you're saying, and that makes sense to a degree. But that plane still left with empty seats, knowing that they were unable to sell those seats to anyone when they could have allowed them on the plane and perhaps, what would have been her seats on the later flight could have been filled by some person(s) who would have been willing to pay extra to get on it. So what did the airline really do? Either way they have no revenue for empty seats that just took off and completely eliminated the chance of making it up on later flight by others who may have wanted to get on at last minute/pay upgrade fee.
So, I get the policy as far as not setting a precedent, but this eliminated their chance of getting extra revenue and did not help one of their customers.
I also agree with the comment that states that prices should not be variable. If the price from one city to another is $300, why should it be $200 6 months prior and then more expensive as the date nears? There is no reason for it except price gauging. All basic economy should have one price, premium economy another, etc.
I've had that happen at the hotel where I work. Some years ago a man came in early after a sold out night. No rooms ready at 8am. Kept coming up to me every 20 mins wanting his suite. Suites weren'r ready until after 3p. Kept asking me what was he going to do with his kids if I didn't give him his room. Told him to go feed them. He also said you know what I mean, you have kids? After so many trys I told him no, I don't have kids, I didn't know what he meant. Finally left me alone. I did offer him a clean regular room until his suite was ready. That wasn't good enough for them. So worried about the kids but won't take a freebie for them in the mean time. Father of the year.
Okay, my parents acted like it was fun to get to the airport three hours early 😂 “We get to eat breakfast at the COFFEE SHOP! You can unpack your pillow and sleep under our chair while we wait for the plane! Want to see a moving sidewalk?”
Like, make it fun for your kids and it won’t feel like a hassle 😂
Same 😂
I had a connected flight we were going on vacation and I was asked to come along but flight were almost full and the prices were almost getting doubled...so what I did was, getting a plane earlier...which was like 12 hours... so I had to make a stop in Dubai ...I just enjoyed being on a airport and was curious about the shopping mall and got a reading book..got sleepy too, but hey in 12 hours I saved almost 300 Eur and I enjoyed the Airport..So I my vacation started 12 hours earlier :P I really like flying and being somewhere else but after watching these lately, You should be privileged to fly.
I guess I grew up in a different time. My parents dressed us up when we went places. If we got to eat out (which wasn’t often) we were expected to behave and be polite. The one time we flew it was treated as such an occasion, they didn’t care if you were bored or not. Be glad you’re out the house.
I would be glad arriving at the airport 3 hours early. At least, I don’t have to rush and worry about missing my fight.
I loved chillin in the airport as a kid. And we flew nonrev/standby so sometimes we'd spend the entire day in a connecting airport for a flight.
I had a memory of just sitting in ATL eating ice cream with my dad, then making a DASH for 2 seats that just opened last second... in a city close enough to our destination to drive the rest. We made it just in the knick of time. Might have been a stressful time for him, but created memories and father-son bonding that will always be cherished for an 11-year-old me.
I can understand why that woman is angry. When she showed up 3 hours early for a Paul McCartney concert it went like this...
Caller: Paul, forget your dinner. We got some lady here who showed up early.
Paul: Oh... I'm on my way!
I Always Always get to the airport hours early even when my 3 daughters were young. Played games , had snacks & relaxed knowing we were right by the gate 😎
I discovered this show two days ago and can't stop watching it!
I love passengers that make their own rules. Imagine if everybody did that, there would be mass chaos at the airports , changing tickets.
One time I arrived at Logan airport about six hours before my flight because I had to return a rental car. I was checking my bag and the agent asked me if I’d like to leave on an earlier flight that was taking off in about a half hour. All I did was have everything ready to go once it was my turn on line and spoke to her in a courteous manner.
Sometimes politeness goes a long way.
Karen’s don’t know polite it’s all about them.
Several times I have been early and got an earlier flight and was grateful, other times it wasn’t possible and I hung around for the actual flight I booked, if you get the early one it’s a bonus, not an entitlement.
What's wrong with mom time with her kids?? That's 3 hours of enjoying each other, shame on you mom..
I bet she wished she'd kept her knees together
I've never been on a flight where you weren't required to arrive three hours early.
She should not have arrived so early if she had 3 kids that grind on her nerves. Pay up or take a seat like anyone else would do. BTW, nice try but don't give airline employee hard time cause "it" didn't wotk!
That's part of the "arrive 3 hours early" thing that people do... sometimes it's a good idea, sometimes it leads to waiting 2 3/4 hours for your flight. You gotta play the cards your dealt.
I live for spending three hours extra in an airport.
I sit at the terminal and watch the planes take off and land.
especially if there's access to an airline lounge. Three hours in a free licensed restaurant....how awful 😀
Me too , Although I haven’t been in one for over two years .
I like the added time in the airport, too.
Ok....I’ve spent 9 hours in an airport before. Best day of people watching I’ve ever had lol
I once spent a three hour layover with kiddos. We explored and had an adventure. It was fun!
the people that do this job are saints! How they keep their cool is beyond me!
Awww...poor Amy and the kids. I hope her next flight gets cancelled.
Rules don't apply to me, me, me!
I ALWAYS get to the airport at least 3 hours before my flight leaves. Even if I’m flying domestic. There’s always something to do at an airport.
Yeah. I remember on my birthday in 2018 (my birthday is March 29th) I was in Philly going to Atlanta on JetBlue but I had to stop in Boston. I think I was there almost an hour so I talked and texted my friends and family and I took pics of the city skyline from my big black camera and my iPhone. I kept myself busy before I had to get on the plane to Atlanta.
If you wanted seats on that flight then you should have bought seats on that flight - some flight times are more in demand than others which is why seats on a flight at 6am can cost less than a seat on a flight at 9am because less people want to be getting up at 3am or 4am to make a 6am flight. You get exactly what you paid for not what you didn’t pay for.
That would be like walking up to an airline counter after you see there are 80 open seats online and demanding a free ticket. “So, you won’t just GIVE me a ticket even though you have all that space!??!!”
Lol I bet that has happened!
Give her hell Gina 😀

There's a new thing that's called "the internet" and you can inform yourself about this beforehand. Or you can call up and ask..
I hate the term “Karen” but in this case it fits! LOL
Lol she should be lucky to be at the airport early. There was a woman on this show that arrived 20 mins before the flight and obviously she missed it and kept saying that she hated SW.
I weirdly love sitting in an airport with some time before my flight. Can be relaxed, go check out the shops and restaurants.

The people watching is awesome.
I always try to spot the evil-doers and make up stories about them.
And there's no better people watching!
yeah building up the experience that you are going somewhere else.. I also worked at restaurant at the airport for summer as a student..when my time was over..I just went watching shops and people..it really gives me that relax feeling as if I myself going on vacation..that energy is great relaxing.
I've always arrived at the airport, w my two children (2 1/2 & 6yo) for International flights 3hrs early & local flights 2hrs early. We get our bags checked in & choose our seats, have a meal, get through security, go duty free shopping & relax near our planes gate. I'm not stressed & my children are not stressed. Makes for a very quiet, easy flight. You need to give yourself some extra time in case you have forgotten paperwork or passports.
Our family got to airport 6 hours early and it was no big deal which is better than being late and miss a flight

She has to wait? In an airport? UNHEARD OF!
I usually make sure I am 3 hours early on purpose. I happily enjoy the food court and the shops. Better to be early and have all your luggage on board than be late and stress all the staff out especially the ones behind the scenes that she does not see...aka baggage handlers
Yes, there are selfish people around & this is one of them.
My opinion is the later flight was cheaper to book. So she tired to get their early and try to get on for free. But didnt work out. Thats why fee was so high. Due to differences in prices
Being an airline agent is the biggest pain in the ass. People get upset at their flight being canceled over a hurricane. They get upset if they can’t get a business class seat for free.
Because I was one.
Two hours goes by bloody quick when you’re at an airport and have your attention focused on something
Yea lol 😊😊 but funny part is that same rules other airline using now

That poor mother.
She is so worried about spending extra time with her children in the airport so that she can get home to quality time with her family.
Hey lady! Your family is with you!!!!!
The only seats left on the earlier flight were probably extra leg room seats, she expected to get them for free.
I’m happy you uploaded this. I am a Producer and I wonder how the show got permission to record the passengers s.
Yeah, being a pissy little person because you can’t schedule properly, that’ll work 🙄
How many thousands of dollars was that Louis bag she’s carrying?
My 1st thought.
If she wasn’t willing to fork over an extra $375.00 to fly earlier, her “Louis Vuitton” may be a big fat fake. Or, which is what I am leaning towards, she is only willing to spend the big money on only herself.
Probably a 'faux' LV bag. It was her choice to be early. Personally I prefer to be seated in the gatehouse 2:00 early. I detest rushing so I have plenty of time to eat, refill my ice-filled bottle with water (ice is not a liquid), catch-up on emails and even snooze a bit. Usually no time to snooze but I can decompress before boarding. I never ask to change flights, I plan ahead to suit my needs.
you can't just show up at an unscheduled time and demand a flight like this. Crazy.
From the people who brought you Airplane! it's Airline!
She’s complaining about paying the extra $ but yet she has an expensive Louis Vuitton duffle bag 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
Must be a fake one! 😂
Poor Gina. The woman trying to argue her way onto an earlier flight is an idiot. Why didn't she just come one time? Furthermore, why couldn't her kids just wait? If I can wait several hours on an international flight with a toddler, she can wait two hours with her older children. I wonder if any of these customers ever watch themselves on TV and are ashamed of themselves.
You bought the tickets … sounds like a personal problem, not the airlines.
I am not defending the mother; and i am not familiar with southwest policies. What i am wondering do they have a same day standby policy?
I have done it with united for a same day standby for a fee, this was 2006 and if i am not mistaken it was around $50. I got on eventually for the earlier flight as i wanted to say final good bye to my grand father!
I called them and then when i checked in i confirmed and paid at check in and got both; my original boarding pass and a standby boarding pass for the earlier flight.
As long as you follow the terms and conditions you should be fine
As for that mother: honey, no body held a gun to your head and told you to go to the airport
Well, she took a shot at getting on an earlier flight for no extra cost and didn't succeed, but even she knew it wasn't worth paying all that extra money for a lousy 3 hr difference.
What the heck is Amy’s problem? I would be elated to be at the airport for hours on end. Get to use the airline lounge. Pour some champagne. “Ohh flights delayed? No problem you mind filling up my glass with some more Don perignon? Thanks”
How can people Demand a favour 🤷
omgggggggg you have your own youtube channel unreallllllllllllllllllllllll
Early sighting of Karen in the wild.
Obviously she doesn’t like spending time with her kids 😂
Hi Gina, Can you upload full episodes???
I have attempted on southwest to get on an earlier flight and they have accommodated me no problem.
You just have to pay up.
Another Karen used to getting her way but it didn't work out this time
Never heard of anyone complaining about getting to the airport early. How is that even possible ?
These people are unbelievable.
Get to the airport three hours early and wait for your flight so that you can be on time for the flight you booked. She got 50% of it right and I commend her for it. She just has to work on that other 50%.
She should have spent a couple of extra hours asleep before waking up that morning. She definitely woke up grumpy. The crazy witch!
yeah, but if there are spare seats, why can't they be used? Kind of like paying it forward. I really can't see why they can't jump on an earlier flight if the availability is there. For whatever reason she turned up early, the fact is she did, and there were seats available!
Very surprised that we didn’t get the “ I want to speak to your manager” routine, or “ I want your name because I’m a customer and pay your wages”......people!!!!!!
Customers' always lies!
does anyone out there know this persons name? would love to show up to her front door/workplace to express my outright glee at her being refused the earlier flight. its no wonder she is a lone parent with 3 kids!
Book the flight when you want to leave. Don’t book a later cheaper flight and show up early and expect your ticket to board you on more expensive flight.
Shes got kids who are old enough to sit in one place..ive waited for five hours on a layover with a one year old toddler who wouldnt sit still for a minute while i was five months pregnant with my second. We knew it was going to be a wait and we prepared accordingly and pulled through...
Then don't show up 3 hours early
It’s your own damn fault why are we even watching this nonsense… Bye!
The question was asked and answered. Move on lady. Quality mom.
She thinks arriving early at the airport is like arriving early at a doctor appointment and she'll get in faster.
