Do it regularly. Start slow. You will get there. Try different ways of studying. Try making notes in your laptop. You can pull in more hours by that. All the best.

For such topics I used to feel the same, so I used to either stand and study or walk in the room while studying. See if that helps. The idea is to do some physical activity that stops your drowsiness.
