Actually it's hard to say but they made it a Gunslinger Collab but it's basically LB with MAgic, and even if they make one in the future it's a Hero Job now, you can no longer use Ur Runes it's basically a separate Job

PVE is not really the best way to Play Tyrant to be Honest, not if Create one but probably soon

Base on the Equipment description the 15% Reflect don't have any requirement for any JOB and this should work for you also
They should do another Gunslinger collab, this time Phy Damage with Vash the Stampede.
