Actually instead of waiting for the two modifiers just pick chicken and run around the map for the entire game and throw the spells you pick. If you don't get the chicken at the start run to the middle and get as many blue boxes as possible. And then go outside and try getting other blue boxes while throwing the spells. You will get around 15 spells per match. This will be better than waiting for the modifiers. I'm grinding the entire 300 spells in one sitting like this. I rarely get the two modifiers.
I just complete every spell quest in the game (other than the troop specific ones for the ultras) other than furnace and shrink as they are really rare. Did what you have been suggesting by running around during loot surge and spell overload and spamming spells in doppleganger.
They started a survey because of the complaints and I did a very detailed and easy to notice survey added in with as much writing I could possibly add in the extras so they might see my suggestions for easier ways for characters
pretty cheesy, but i'm not gonna throw games to do it. however, if i get these modifiers, it's worth spamming in that game just to unlock the spells. some of them are really strong like freeze and i still don't have it
It's ridiculous to get new spell in squad buster, it almost impossible for "normal player" to get in the the given time Hope this game not going to be Clash Royale 2.0, which money is everything

So of we want unlock other spell we need finish quest for 4 spell bomb,heal,cannon and rage right?
Does a new spell unlock quest show up randomly or is there a way to trigger it? I just finished the furnace one.

Freeze isn't that good...one of the worse spells in my opinion

@moonblastx1996 I prefer bomb or rage in fights. Bomb does quite a bit of splash damage and stuns your opponents.
