That's insane, what a genius design. I was blown away by how well it flew considering the power plant was simply hot glued in place and the trim of the servos and balance of the craft was spot on. Bravo sir.

Never knew that it is possible to hand build one RC plane in the comfort of your own home. Fantastic job and what a great flight that was controlling the air plane in the sky. Wish I have the time for this hobby. You are a real genius !!!
Terence: All you need is a small space about 2ft by 4ft or at the very least 18in by 36in, this way you can build anything up to a 42in span.
And for that a small table and a smooth ceiling tile to build on, so you can use pins to secure the wood to the work surface; it doesn't take a lot of room to build a nice plane and by keeping them small, say like 32in to 42in there are a LOT of plans and kits available
As for time, you should set aside a half hour or so two or three days a week to work on your project.
And if Not model building then find something to do where you can relax and enjoy the peace and 'quiet' we all need.
I'm amazed how smooth you landed it! Bravo!

great build! you can get more speed from the prop if you give it a little more room to collect air. i cut out a small triangle on each side so it looks like a bow tie instead of a straight slit for the prop. but i get alot more speed on my foam board jets now. i love this plane i am looking to make one in the future.

The real plane uses significantly advanced fly-by-wire software to keep it in the air, due to its very unareodynamic nature. Bravo then to actually build a model and fly it with zero software 😅 ... loved the video and hello from 🇬🇧

First this is a great project who the hell is going to build this your a genius nerd so did you do this on computer must have done second that cutting box with blade make that your self its the same with cardboard plane you guys should make the kit that would come in box with all instructions even controller and sell on ebay. I fix mobile phones get art's from China in bulk you could do same thing regarding motor and electric components you use great stuff the world has a load of talent your one xample think make kit's and sell them I would be your first customer

Thanks for your attention!. The only good thing about cardboard material is that it's easy to find. And all the strengths in weight, durability, and ease of processing belong to depron foam!
