What i learned from this video. 1. When I move to Lapu-Lapu, hire Gem for a real estate consultant. Her house is nice. 👍 2. Gem is a wonderful mother, she teaches her kids responsibility. 3. Gem's daughter is awesome!! First place award for being best daughter, taking care of her mom. 🥇
