    @1:48 you state that fo(r) pipes up to 12" NPS does not match OD. This should be ID right?

    Very Nice video however NPS is based on outside diameter (OD) and not about ID. Please let me know If I am missing anything.

      Hi Jefferson, yes and no actually...Nps and OD are different up to 14 inches. Nps is an expression of fluid conveyance capacity rather than diameter. Hope it helps!

      NPS yes, but the internal flow capacity is key for this nomenclature
