How to unlock rage? For dio?
As far as I remember, using any technique now fill the "rage meter" for Dio. You do need at least 3rd job to activate it.
Is this stage the best exp ?
Yes, floors 15, 24, and 30 give the most exp.I prefer floor 24 for being more easier, but if you can manage floor 30 or find a team with 3 people, floor 30 is the better option.
