Fabio. I suffer from mouth upsets regularly. Because of my medication for my Rheumatoid arthritis. I use hotels and it helps. Also Ambosol. My husband thinks it's funny to say out loud at the chemist. Don't forget your anasol. Definitely don't want the two confused.🤔I adore your boys. So adorable. My three year old granddaughter played a part in her very first Christmas nativity a few days ago. It was so surreal to see her. She kept calling out her little sisters name bless. For being barely three she did pretty well to sit still as long as she did. She goes to nursery with her sister twice a week. They love it. Merry Christmas guys. 😍

The homemade ornaments from the boys are adorable. Both Noah and Ari did really good with letting you paint their feet this time. I am so sorry you got sick Fab. It’s awful getting ill all the time, because either the kids being things back from other kids 😵💫 or when they make you so stressed you catch things you’ve never had before 😱 I feel for you!
I had glandular fever for the first time in my life a couple of months ago, never felt so unwell for so long

I’ve had that too. It’s terrible! I had the rash all in my mouth, throat, hands and thighs. I couldnt even hold at pencil and it itches. I was 67 then two yrs ago. Feel for you!
I do sympathise with you Fab,it’s never fun being poorly when you have children to look after and I also sympathise with Ell looking after twins and their poorly dad! I really hope you feel better very soon and get it out the way before Xmas.

Hope you are feeling better now. Mouth sores can be treated with Glyoxide or the UK equivalent. It heals and takes out the soreness A good thing to keep in the medical cabinet. The boys are growing like crazy. So cute to see them taking on the world.

Get the covonia throat spray, the one you had helped with my sore throat and got my voice back last year but this spray the covonia one this year, full on numbed to the max too- loved it😂 meant I could do my mainly talking based job with a few days to struggle but this helped a tonne! hope you feel better soon❤❤

I suffer with ulcers Fab and the best thing I’ve found is Corsodyl mouthwash. It will sting like mad but so much relief.

I thought the reindeer ornaments looked really sweet, and the cards. They're not meant to be perfect with 2 1yr olds. It's all about the memories.

Hi Ell my mum used to do my hair 60 years ago this is not a new thing they called it put your hair in rags Fab rinse your mouth with salt and boiled water but let it cool it will kill the the germs love the chairs sending love 🎄🏴💞
Loving your new chairs ,how long did you put the salt doe in the oven for?
For my triplets I made one foot craft per child then I scanned and printed it for the massive amount of homemade gifts we made.

What is the curling that you used to curl your hair over night called
Where do you get the heat less curlers
How do you transfer files from your Sony? Memory card reader or direct from device? Had a Sony A7S iii a few year back and I solved my problem after finding out with cheap SD cards the files were constantly corrupting when transferring using a third party card reader. Was told by a camera geek the cheap SD cards you buy can over heat and corrupt when accessing information. Brought a Sony tough SD card (pricey) but haven't experienced a single corruption for a good year when using the cable transfer direct from the camera on that Sony SD card. 👍
I always use sandisk extreme SD cards but yeah you are right, the cheap ones aren't reliable! This is a problem with the camera as it's on deaths door haha, it will randomly shut off sometimes without stopping the clip :(

Please everyone, start taking 5,000iu of Vitamin D3, talk to you Doctors, get their advice and talk about doing a blood test to see where your Vitamin D3 level is. Children can also take Vitamin D3,, talk to their Doctor first. They are recommending taking Vitamin A to help ward off pneumonia. A Zinc supplements also.
Ell your looking radiant today, your hair and makeup looks really lovely. It sounds like Fab needs to see a Doctor, it's possible he could have Strep throat.

@fabandell I had it 2 months ago. I thought I had food poisoning. I ate fish and because I felt so bad I thought it must be it! But it wasn't as week after my poor daughter had it, then week after her, our little boy, and we were staying at my brothers house for half term in October. They all got it from my son day we were leaving. It was a nightmare. Hope you are well now, and luckily, it didn't happen over Christmas.
I caught hand, foot, and mouth from my daughter when she was a baby. It is miserable.
