Thank you very much, Karin, for this amazing flow. Because all of your sequences on RUclips and on Vimeo (Webinars and training videos) are so beneficial to the body, uplifting, fun and challenging at the same time, I find it very hard to decide which one I‘ll do next - just wonderful☀️🤸♀️🤗
I love how graceful you make all the movements appear. This was not an easy practice at all. I look forward to coming back often. Thank you for making this wonderful flow!
I am a long time yogi, but 3 months ago I had an accident on a scooter and broke my hip! After an emergency hip replacement, I am making my way back to a yoga practice. I think some of these will be very helpful for me. Although... some, I can NOT do YET!! Thank you!
I got run over and broke my ankle and I had to have pins and plates put in. Karen's routines were a life saver! I just found some I could do, and it helped so much.
That was awesome. 2 questions please, where can I find a routine to increase core strength as I could not roll up holding behind the legs, I got stuck half way. Secondly when bending side ways in low lunge position I felt very restricted in my shoulders and then thoracic area when opening the sternum. Do you have a routine to increase range of motion in the shoulders and thoracic area? Thank you, Fiona
I am not Karin but I would recommend continuing with these practices she has posted here every day, do the shorter ones if you are running low on time one day. You can do in the morning, for a break in the day or before bed. She has the inner strength and resilience in core and back which would be helpful for core strength. Just keep practicing and you will get it. I struggled with those same things. Maybe find a teacher on their website and see if someone can help you more one on one for more tailored benefits for your specific body. All the best!
@@jordanhawk6287 thank you, Jordan. I really need to work on my core strength and I would be so happy to be able to move as smoothly as Karin in the " roll down ".
Feels sooo good! Thank you!
The last part of not looking whilst probing for the domes with the feet seems so interesting!
Thanks Karin for this essential more sensitive practice 💝🙏
