Repurposing a Play Pen for our new pet kittens

We got new pet addition.. cats! 🐈🐈‍⬛ They are Sioux and Hopi. We name them after the native American Indian tribes. Our dogs are Yuchi and Apache, also native American Indian tribe names.
Since our dogs are not used to having cats around they are aggressive to them. We are training the dogs to get along with the cats, and we've seen really close encounter even when we were with the cats.
We decided to repurpose this play pen near the dog house to keep the cats safe. They can see each other, hear each other, and hopefully the dogs will get used to the cats being around.
It will take several weeks and months before the cats can freely roam around safely. Until then, we'll just have to supervise our fur babies😀

@@wellnessandcountrylife we seem to be javing a vole issue...any tips?

We randomly have mole issues in the garden. Last year was the most damage i've seen in my garden killing my long yard beans and water spinach. So far this year, i've not seen significant mole damage.. deer is destroying and eating my green beans and long bean leaves, though. We don't have part of our fence since we installed the greenhouse..so we need to connect the fence back asap before the deer kill all my garden plants.
I was going to try to sprinkle coffee grounds on the ground where moles/voles were digging, I've heard good feedback of its effectiveness. Also shredded or sliced Iris spring soap (in a bowl) placed randomly in the garden or yard where moles and voles are digging.. apparently they don't like the smell of coffee grounds and iris spring soap. So worth a try🙂
