They lip-sync a little bit in some parts (when they are supposed to sing together) we can see it in some moments. This is not a hate comment I adore them and it's normal to have a little bit of lip sync in this kind of song because he performance is very athletic lol. Anyway they are amazing !!

Because they practice 24 :7 and they spend their day practising non stop and most nights I've heard they never get any sleep so if there's anyone out there who have a problem with little mix then go get a life because their incredible and extremely talented and they spend their time on us so learn to respect them!

They obviously practice a lot. They probably run while doing vocal warm ups to strengthen their diaphragms and maintain good breath control. It isn't completely effortless but it makes it easier.
