Hey Guys, Major MB for another video, today i took another car from my work and this is a Citroën C4 with the 1.6 diesel engine with 110bhp, in this video i do the first test drive to see if the car runs good and if everything works properly.
This car is very nice, a perfect everyday hatchback.

I loved the fact that you had focused your eyes in that M2 for a bit longer so that we could appreciate it!
My dad has a citroen c4, hes IS a 2010, great car 👍

I got a 2008 coupe version and its been such a great workhorse and reliable everytime. I know I will need to give it up when we are forced to go electric, but I will miss this car. Even in 2021, it's just so quirky and unusual.
fuck electric cars
diesel is the future
@@borntolose8385 If only. Electric is the future not diesel

Merci nice video ☺️🙂
Bon week-end 👍
Nice C4. Use to have the same engine in SX spec
I have the same. Great car!
I had the coupe version, lovely shape, very stable cars.
Engine sounds pretty deep
Hits a good car 👍
i got the c4 2006 vtr 2.0l petrol 140hp 16v, 3 doors. Just a little different driving experience to this, but this is all you need and economical :o
Thanks 🙂 👍

Had an 2006 5 door HDI..... lovely car to drive, fantastic on fuel, loved the digital dash. Most unreliable car I've ever owned. Always.... ALWAYS something wrong.
That's a shame as i have a 2008 and its been the most reliable I've had.
That is weird, i have the same version and so far never had to repair anything serious, the only problem i have with it window electronics which are pretty bad but typical for Citroen.
are you sure you didnt have a saab?
Pourrais tu reprendre les videos óu
tu parles ( les conduite commentée,présentation, essaie routiers etc) c'est carrément plus intéressant quand tu commente
bonjour, merci pour la video, quelle est la consommation de cette c4 svp ?
Depend on use, in city max 6 liter, in suburbs about 5 ;)

My dad has a Citroen
What kind of Citroen does he have? Is it reliable?
My auntie he'd citron c4 hdi

Ça m’intéresse ces voitures mais apparement c’est pas très très fiable
1.6 c’est ce que j’ai compris aussi j’en ai trouvé pour 3500€ 140k km mais bon si il va se lacher dans mes mains ça sert à rien 😄
Was that a tapping noise coming from the engine? Doesn't sound very healthy - HDI and e-HDI are usually quiet and smooth...
The C4 is a great car but maintaining it is crucial, in my opinion :)
The 16 valve 1,6 hdi sounds a bit rough by standard. From around 2011 and onwards the 1,6 hdi is a 8 valve engine and is much smoother :-)
@@arkeys74 that explains it all. Thanks! Btw I really enjoy my 1.6 e-HDI from my Peugeot 308 (2011). Very very nice to drive. But I change the oil every year (around 15K km) just in case. The turbo is very reliable and pulls like a rocket but also needs some care :)
@@georgetd8623 - you’re welcome! We had a 2008 Citroën Berlingo for 10 years and over 300K km. Good engine, but always sounded a bit rough, especially in that car without that much sound proofing 😃
You are doing the wise thing changing the oil every 15K km 👍👍
@@arkeys74 Well, to be honest, the sound of the engine in the cabin is well becoming a desirable effect :D I mean, most manufacturers of new cars purposely isolate the engine sound from the cabin for more comfort. Me, though - I love to hear the engine purr as I drive along :)
Very nice car, especially at that time but, as far as I know, rather unreliable
Only the steering wheel sucks on this C4.
No it doesn't!! It a great unique design and unusual and I drive one and do not notice the steering wheel. I assume you have not actually driven one to know what you are talking about.
@@lahonymanor2927 Its waaay too hard to turn. Specially when parking. Shifter is aldo kinda meh. I still like it and runs nicely with 167k km. Hdi 92cv. Glass roof. Not many had glass in 2007
@@tokyowarfare6729 It's not hard to turn on my C4. Sounds like the one you had was faulty!
@@lahonymanor2927 actually driving one in coupé version, i was worrying about the center of the steering wheel not turning but after about 3000km riding it it's like a normal car you don't even think about it and i personnally found this really accessfull and usefull for radio command, limiter etc as you don't have to look at your steering wheel to see where are the button :)
@@vadrouille4-975 Yeah that's the same for me too. I never worried about the centre not turning as I never touched the centre as I'm turning my wheel. I've had my C4 Coupe for 10 years and find steering and contrils just great and like you, I find it really easy to press the volume buttons etc as they stay in the same place and I just know where they are without having to look. It's a clever design.
