Yep. Continuous Spells are like monsters. Monsters get summoned. If the summon is negated, the Monster doesn't stay. Continuous Spells get activated. If the activation is negated, the Spell doesn't stay.
If the ACTIVATION of a field/equip/continuous s/t is negated its like it never hits the field so it goes to gy. Also bonus round, if a card is supposed to ss itself but mid-chain the monster zones fill up it also just goes straight to gy
It wasnt like this before the update. Many times they tried to spright red my Umi, and It stayied on the field If It was only negated. The opposite is also true, since me too tried to negate the labrynth field spell for ex and It stayied on the field.
@@leandrocardoso4876 negating effect and negating activation are two different things. Go back and examine which of the two those cards are negating in the instances you are referring to
Pretty sure it does not go to gy? That does not make sense, where is that ruling at. If I activate Vanquish Soul Pantera to ss from hand, and somehow before it resolves all my monster zones fill up, pantera would just resolve without effect and stay in my hand. I bet Bystials would do the same thing
I have been trough this a Lot, i am sure It wasnt like this before the update, thats why Simp got confused when It got sent to the GY. It appears this is in the change log, i gonna check.
@@leandrocardoso4876 100% its always been this way. I was also surprised first time it happened but it makes sense. How can a spell that stays on field after activation stay on the field if it was never technically activated.
Chandraglier = "shan (rhymes with pawn) drag lee yay" if you're using the French pronunciation or "Shan (rhymes with pan) drag leer" if you're going with english.
If the activation of a card that would remain on the field, such as a Continuous Spell or Trap Card, or an Equip Spell Card, is negated, that card will be sent to the Graveyard.
So many Umi variant in your channel. My favorite is Swordsoul Umi because back up plan against destruction immunity from SSA. Any chance you mix with Kashtira?
Skill drain is a busted card in Lab. Your monsters are 2900+ atk which most decks cant beat over with effects negated. You can still get your effects off by chaining big welcome and bouncing your monsters back to hand, or using a card like compulsory
The king of simps is always on the cutting edge of water decks. I heard New York Times is comparing him with Elon Musk due to his innovations in YuGiOh. What a great distinction for the king of simps
Truly the start of a villain arc
:0
Continuous spells and traps only stay in the field if you activate them. Since the card was never activated it would be illegal to keep it.

What problems what you say this deck runs into the most ?
Also do you look to expand and explore this mix further in the future?

"sometimes you dont get to live the bird umi life" lmaoo bro funny af
umi king back at it again
Can you do a modern version of the deck? I am struggling to get it correctly with all the hits to the Pot cards now...

Yeah I just realized I never did that haha. Will put it in the list
Now that the banlist for the ritual event is out, will you make any Deck Gishki suitable for the event?
Hopefully yes
I cant build a deck to save my life. Are there any worthwhile edits to any of the solo mode starter decks that could be worth while?
Search my channel for budget decks, the starter decks are pretty much worthless sadly

No match for the power of legendary ocean boosting by 200
@@simpking2500 that’s real talk 😭 btw. You got a water ritual deck for the event???? Thinking blind second gishki
Opponent too intimidated by the glorious pingu T posing at them menacingly.
Pi pi pi pi, pi pi pi pi, pingu pingu!
Umi birbs is a threat to be reckon with.
Wait that's illegal!
I will make it legal!
how you can activate the sea stealth trap at end of you fturn? mine doesnt unless opponent active someting
You need to turn the toggle on in the game settings. Watch dkaydes guide
I got the same questions and I also answered whistle!! 😂 But this deck is kinda spicy.. 😍
What a good idea. Great job simp king. 👍
Surf & Turf combo

what madness is this...... as a floo player i can only call this as madness
Better than standard Floo?
@@jamya372 a lot more bricky, but with the current state of the pots might as well play janky shit rather than suffer the pot loss
@@hoshi314 tbf tcg I think would be allot more consistent none of the pots are limited and burial goods is at 3
Lets go...Birb and fish
Maybe cuz it negated the activation, not the effect?
You monster 😂
Someone stop this madness
I don’t want to see birbs again
Fish and Brids hmmm, i'd rather eat Fish and Chips 🤣
Your voice has certainly changed a lot. It sounds like you turned 30 years old or something. Maybe it's a new mic
Lmao I had to be quiet because I filmed this while people were sleeping
This deck has to be a crime against nature/humanity/the bill of rights e_e
The Geneva convention was summoned in attack position so it's effects are negated by penguins T pose
