Tried it today. Amazing. Wouldn't think there's no tomato in there just looking at it. The whole spices being roasted then blended with onion and turmeric gives those ingredients a more prominent flavour than using just garam masala. Coriander flavour also stands out. Added 2 cups of water before warming it for 15 minutes. Still had a nice rich soup texture. Thank you.
