@@ergonaut940 I do that too sometimes. I'm summer feels amazing. In winter challenging but feels powerful ✊🏻. A bit of shivers and well-being never hurt anybody (Cold shower while breathing show and calm, about 2 minutes can work, working your way from warm to freezing cold). If you want to do them: Go in the last part of the shower time, when everything is done and no, you won't have a sleepless night (Tried it, unless you have anxiety and thoughts running, then also breath deep and calm while catching sleep).
Breathing slow and calm works best for anxiety and stress.
@@laurazucchiatti8761 yep! I can directly jump in the coldest water now, no problem. It feels amazing and makes me more productive.
I´m so in love with the combination of the mindfullness atmosfears and sound choice in this track, it gives so much extra power in the drops, one of the best tracks of the year imo!

Goosebumps thinking back to this moment. I remember being so emotional knowing that even across the ocean in the US, watching at home, I was there at Defqon in spirit and breathing in synchrony with the greatest community in the world. Friends of mine were at Defqon and In the moment of this track being played I felt closer to them than I have since when we first met in 2020. They won't be without me next year!
