Yes it will definitely remain competitive for the foreseeable future with its lower price point here in Silicon Valley and with new developments! - however generally there is a slight dip October -December across the Bay Area due to less buyers during that time
Are you serious? I just looked at Fremont downtown development plan this morning, and many many apartment buildings will be build in this downtown in the next few years. If you buy a condo here, there is 0 chance that you can rent it out in the future.
The housing market in Fremont is actually the best in the Bay Area this year, if anything, more condos being built just show the potential of Fremont, thank for sharing though!
