Hi Stan (The man) I watched you,your mum,and the rest of your family going thorough your op,having to get it done after finding out that most of your family carry a cancerous gene in your tummy it is hereditary, so you had to get the operation ,but at the same time you where so frightened to have it done ,it was a must but also you didn't know how your voice was going to turn out or if you where ever going to have a voice ??? Still at this point i never new that you where a professional signer !! And yes you do now have a Fantastic slim body , I watched your recovery ,and you going through one setback after another ,in the meantime trying to get some of your family to go and get the operation ,because it runs in the family ,then you convinced your uncle to go and get it done ,which he followed through with and all turned out well . I never new until I watched another tv show that you where a fantastic singer and that you had done the NZ THE VOICE , It he first time I heard you sing I had goosebumps, man you where amazing ,I'm so glade I watched that TV SHOW . Praying also for your mum as we enter into Breast Cancer awareness month in the USA..I too an a survivor and I was nursing my son a long time ago when I found it...always worried I passed along a gene or something to him as a baby...breaks my heart that I can't do anything about it. So I connected with your mum. Well we both survived well 17 years ...me I had a journey to take mostly surgery but 17 years later we were both alive and well and I was cancer free. I was blessed God allowed me to see my family 3 kids grow up...then it came back
I was an anomaly.. somehow, it lay dormant, and this time spread to my 🫁 lungs. I could completely relate to your recovery of learning to breathe differently?, walk short of breath, survive chemo and the loss of 1/3 of my lung on one side and radiation to the other ...I couldn't sing a full song in church...can't sing anyways, lol but I loved praise and worship...many set backs but I'm still here..stage 4 metastatic breast cancer 🎀 but I will celebrate 9 years at the end of this month that I'm still alive!!
I just went to see Elevation Worship with my husband and son..my other kids are married and live away. I was singing my heart out and praising God I could finish a full song. He gave me this breath so I praise his name. My son is on the worship team at church, and we just had a ball. My hubby is reserved like your dad, lol.
I think how proud I am for you and your journey my son doesn't have pipes like you but he is a up and coming singer producer if he gets a chance I hope the industry doesn't eat him alive... that's why you also give me hope. Somebody on the others side of the world understands your "new normal" and what you had to overcome. I am glad I'm still here fighting and I plan to see what God has for my son as well. Praying also for your mum as we enter into Breast Cancer awareness month in the USA..I too an a survivor and I was nursing my son a long time ago when I found it...always worried I passed along a gene or something to him as a baby...breaks my heart that I can't do anything about it. So I connected with your mum. Well we both survived well 17 years ...me I had a journey to take mostly surgery but 17 years later we were both alive and well and I was cancer free. I was blessed God allowed me to see my family 3 kids grow up...then it came back
I was an anomaly.. somehow, it lay dormant, and this time spread to my 🫁 lungs. I could completely relate to your recovery of learning to breathe differently?, walk short of breath, survive chemo and the loss of 1/3 of my lung on one side and radiation to the other ...I couldn't sing a full song in church...can't sing anyways, lol but I loved praise and worship...many set backs but I'm still here..stage 4 metastatic breast cancer 🎀 but I will celebrate 9 years at the end of this month that I'm still alive!!
I just went to see Elevation Worship with my husband and son..my other kids are married and live away. I was singing my heart out and praising God I could finish a full song. He gave me this breath so I praise his name. My son is on the worship team at church, and we just had a ball. My hubby is reserved like your dad, lol.
I think how proud I am for you and your journey my son doesn't have pipes like you but he is a up and coming singer producer if he gets a chance I hope the industry doesn't eat him alive... that's why you also give me hope. Somebody on the others side of the world understands your "new normal" and what you had to overcome. I am glad I'm still here fighting and I plan to see what God has for my son as well.
