It's only ideal in PF though, where she wants to ult as many times as possible. In MoC/AS she rather have Jiaoqiu + Robin or Sunday because of their buffs and AA. If you're pulling Fugue only for Acheron, that's definitely cope.

Double the turns is always better for Sunday. Sunday’s buffs make up for the lost atk% and the energy they gain from getting those extra turns allows more ults + his own ult for energy regen. 4 turns with atk boots is worse than 6 turns without them.

Tbf sunday without sig is not sp neutral, for 3t ulti. U gonna want to go for sig since he is sp positive from 2 instances of skill/ult use. Keep that in mind u can 3t ult if u use planar err (124 err) on him

If you use Battle Isnt Over Yet, even at S1, you get 1 skill point every 6 turns(or 8 depending on your energy) and he only uses 1 skill point every 8 turns due to his ult not having 100% uptime in the worst case scenario. If he manages to get hit once in 3 turns(literally just 5 energy), he becomes completely skill point neutral. As you can see, it’s kinda hard to not be hit with a bunch of AoE enemies these days so realistically, he always skill point neutral beyond the first turn. His lightcone just makes it so he starts generating a ton of skill points(+2 skill points per 3 turns) while also keeping up 100% ult uptime without relying on enemy atks

She is just an upgrade if you run her with Aven, her debuffs are weaker outside of superbreal as far I known
Sunday is a bigger upgrade for Acheron than Pela or Fugue, even at E0 Acheron
