They do awesome in the rain. Got 3 inches of rain this week with no issues. I put a little clip towards the end of the video showing the water flow out of the downspout and drain running away from the house.

If I have 5” gutters. How much area do I lose with water entering downspout. In other words, I have roughly a rectangular opening but with this installed I will have a small round opening for the water entering the downspout.
why just this exist in united states? a recolector to redirect the roof water to the floor, at most in europe (spain) where i'm from the houses just the roof
sticks out more and all down to the floor, this is because in united states the houses are build with paper or what? in 25 years just not need to change nothing or mantaint the roof

I actually don’t know why, my guess is to control erosion? Cool to know gutters aren’t a universal thing. I didn’t know that either.
