It couldn’t have always been full of corruption, or it would have failed. Corruption, rotting from within, is the death of a system. It’s unfortunate that Neptune seems to have allowed corruption to become palatable to our people, and that we allow it to exist because we dismiss it as having always been there. If you like your way of life, though, corrupt people and corrupt intentions is an existential threat. Nothing to be dismissed or minimized. What I find is that people seem to think that an obviously corrupt group of people will help them to have a better system. It must be Neptune making the obvious confusing. The flash-bang type of con works incredibly well right now.
Sun in Pisces. Capricorn Rising I do not know if it relates to Neptune in Pisces but 2012 is when the family started to disperse with my Mom getting sick needing to go to the hospital a few times. While we were never close, they all have gone their seperate ways. Far, far away with minimal contact. The final straw is my niece and her family moving south. Rightly so, to be near her two brothers and one sister. Yes, her parents ( my brother and his wife) live in the area....but that is another story. Perhaps Neptune going into Aires will change things a bit when they move and I will have no family around ( yes, there are cousins, but....another story)
