I am almost 59 years old, graduated high school in 82, grew up with hard rock, still like it to this day, then I stumbled across your music and voice, I think my all-time favorite voice, can’t get enough, even enjoying the genre of music, which is out of character for what I’ve listened to since the mid 70’s👍👍👍

At first I had to listen to Dreams about 10 times when you first put it out there. I was amazed how perfect it was and I'm an old Stevie Nicks fan. Now when I think about listening to something great I find your tape and sit back for a few minutes to enjoy. Keep doing what your doing young lady you have a wonderful gift. Please don't let anyone take advantage of that.
Everything I believed happened to, and feared for her, from what I've been able to scrounge up, seems to be coming to pass. Truly a shame. Seen it happen so many damn times. What I'd heard? A family member "personally knew someone" in the Jonas group. That all this was planned and set up, well in advance. What I believed: One of the Jonas's stumbled across her video, or someone connected to them, and the whirlwind began. Then Guetta saw her, and fired out a fast video- which as been done w/others. People snagged an obvious talent, then tried to mold her, as they THOUGHT she should be. When you're from a small town, and suddenly people with "names" fly outta the woodwork, it can be insanely overwhelming. To young talent's parents, as well. It was THIS, that caused me great concern, and had me posting something I never do. I offered to Lanie, through her channel, and yours too, DCA, because she enjoyed what you did with her "Landslide" video- ( showing who she really is, imo), and who I FELT she really was- NO, I'm NOT saying I know jack about this talent, other than she's a REAL talent- and I had a different idea, of where she should be heading- Giving how I KNEW her: collaborate with, (otherwise, she'd be risking the same crap she does, going the route she chose), and, I believe? She'd of been doing NATIONAL TV shows today, where we ALL could see her, as she progresses through the very hard road, of making it in the music industry. There are already a million & one deadfalls in place, to stop artists on their climb up this ladder. Hell, some of the very BEST bands/musicians ever, have found themselves falling pray to many of these. Yes, it IS a road that can be navigated, but you MUST be well grounded to BEGIN WITH, to give yourself the very best chance possible, of making it all the way to the top. It's hard work. But Lanie already has a few of the hard parts working in her favor, being a NATURAL talent. A beautiful song writer and musician. I don't believe this has been the right road, so far, at least. I can only go off what I see & hear, or DON'T, as in this case, to base my judgement of the situation off of. Me? I TRULY hope I'm wrong, as I've been saying each year, as time flies by. I really do. I'm hoping a sudden album appears, with 3/4's of HER SONGS on it- and that we see her doing the national, late-night & day-time circuit.. (NOT for those people doing those shows.. I won't touch that here, but it IS something she must do, to get her name recognition moving, & we've just not seen anything of the sort), and hear her doing live, just her & her guitar songs on national radio shows, as she REALLY introduces the world, to the TRUE Lanie Gardner. I'd love nothing more.

Cuz I got to buy my own left-handed cigarette because it's flipper is going acoustic if I could dry harder I might even get a leak in her two that make any sense to myself or any hiding no hair comes up here and says that she is mine. There's a deaf person in your home you should see how it the home can be turned upside but I've never had to live much with my aunt Kane cuz Kim and Billy k and Tommy and his brother and daxy and dax I couldn't handle it up.
